I have ordered quite a bit from them this year ( couldn't resist the 20-50 GCO promotion) I have had no problems with them at all. And I can honestly say I have never gotten an empty box shipped to me from anyone! That's pretty horrid CS you received from them.

Yes they do price adjustments, just send them an email or call them. Log into your amazon.com account, go to refunds/replacements and then click the email on the right side.

We heard this rumor here too, I called the 2 targets that are about an hour from me. They said that it's a rumor and Target has no intentions of starting a layaway program at any of their stores. But who knows!

My ram burnt up in my Dell, I had owned the PC only a month. When I called there the man I spoke to had such a thick accent, I couldnt understand him. It got to the point that I told him I needed to speak to someone else, I was sorry, but I really couldn't understand him. As far as ordering from them I have never had a problem.

I've never had to pay shipping after a price adjustment. You can email them or use their call me feature, you click call me and your phone rings in like 60 seconds, it's pretty cool. When I buy something at Amazon, I always put another one in the save for later feature you have in your cart. And every time you go to your cart, it will tell you if the price of something has changed, this way if it goes down you will automatically know and can ask for an adjustment.
