Are there any calendar lightning deals up for toys, dvd's, or cd's as in previous years? Maybe it's all changed because of the different format now with all lightning deals. I am still not used to the new format. I am buying less, so maybe that is a good thing.
I used those calendars to know when to be online to try and get a lightning deal. It looks like it won't be so easy this year.
I did most of my shopping through amazon in previous years.

I think their new "Add on Program" will cause a lot of people to drop Prime completely (unless of course you are a die hard Amazon shopper like me!)... Still irritates me, though!
I totally agree with you! I have picked so many items to buy that are "add-ons". I don't understand the perk of Prime if I can't buy those items unless I have a bigger order. It's the principle behind it that bugs me. I still have to have a minimum that is the same total to get free shipping if I didn't have prime. Hmmmm.

I agree. The list from the previous years also reflected prices. We don't know prices until the day of the deals. I am not seeing many dvd's that I am interested in this year. I normally find too many!

Well Bealls is pulling their famous canceling of the order deals now...
I had placed 2 separate orders, one for me and one for my daughter. I rec'd an email about 30 minutes ago stating (no reason given) that they will not be shipping her order! Here is a copy of what they sent....and now, the savings of the $10 on $25 cannot be used again since it was used on this order! Nice ins't it of Bealls do do this... urgh!!! the least they could do is allow the code to work for us since they aren't shipping this order!We are unable to ship these items & you will not be charged for these items:

This is what happened to me with every order that I tried to place last year. I finally called customer service to place an order, and they said they had lots of inventory of a certain tumbler, and sure enough, that order was cancelled too. I am not impressed with Beall's inventory system!

I googled and found a list of online coupons. Most of the coupons were specific for a certain category like clothes, jewelry, handbags, etc. I would send you the link, but I don't think that we are allowed to provide a link to other "deal" websites.
I did find $5 off $50 which looks like it is good for anything. Use code SEARS2012 or SEARS5OFF50.
There is also an entire list of Sears coupons on the Gotta Deal website. Go to the orange coupons button at top of the webpage and then type in sears.

It is hard to find a good deal on Uggs. If a store offers coupons, the coupon is normally not valid on Uggs. You might be able to find some old styles that are marked down. The best that I could ever do was to get free shipping with no sales tax. Good luck!

Omg...love OTH!! How did i miss that!!! Amazon has a 30 day price adjustment....just call them if they drop they will adjust them!
If not order new ones and send back others......dont open right away thats what i do every year....
I think that you missed it because it pulls up the picture of the OTH dvd at the more expensive price. I don't even know why I looked at the other sellers. I don't mind waiting 7-10 days to save $16 per season, but it's weird that amazon is also the $10 seller.
My girls love One Tree Hill, Gossip Girl, and Pretty Little Liars.
I didn't think that Amazon did price adjustments anymore. Have they started back again?

I just got Season 8 and Season 9 of One Tree Hill for $10 each. The price and pic pulls up at about $26, but I then pick the first additional seller which is amazon. That price is $10 but ships in a week or so. I hope that my order doesn't get cancelled.
Thank you, OP, for posting this list. Some of the other dvd's that I purchased may drop in price, but it's not worth the chance if they sell out.

I remember Target having a deal on them last year. I also bought mine about the same time that you got yours at Kohls. My girls love it. I only use it for hot chocolate, but my teenagers are coffee drinkers.

It's mostly smaller items I've seen that have been changed to "add-on." They started it a little while ago.
Yesterday, I noticed it with a $9 item. Today I noticed it with one of their daily deal items that cost over $12. After paying over a $100 for prime, I don't understand why I still need to get over $25 in my cart for free shipping. This defeats the purpose of buying prime for me. I am wondering if they are adding more and more of the "add-on" items to get more in our carts.

I have noticed within the last few days that several items that I want to order from Amazon are now called "add-on" items. They only qualify for free prime shipping IF your order is over $25. Isn't this why I bought prime, so I don't have to have an order total of $25? I don't like this new policy. Sorry if this is a re-post!
