Cyber Monday
in 2008
I agree completely. Cyber Monday has got to be the most over-hyped, overrated shopping day there is. It is nothing more than a marketing gimmick without any real deals. If you can't find a deal on the item you want on Black Friday the skip Cyber Monday and wait until the last two weeks before Christmas.Cyber Monday is a gimmick that seems to be all talk and no substance - For the past few years, I haven't seen any deals on cyber monday that were any better than normal sales and nothing anywhere near as good as black friday sales.

Or Walmart!Well, we know it isn't Big Lots
Anyway, awesome to hear!

I wish we had a Staples here; all we have is sucky Office Depot and Office Max!
-
Free shipping was extended until 10/18/2008. I just received mine today and I have to say it's pretty crappy! It's tiny and probably only worth about $5.00.It is still coming up free ship for me. You don't need a code, it should show up automatically. I am not getting asked to put in a verification code.

Staples is offering free shipping on all online orders through the end of today as part of their Columbus Day sale. You do not have to be a Rewards member to get free shipping today. No problemo! Now, I gotta ask, how'd you get the free shipping? Rewards member?

Don't forget the"factory re-certified" items at pricing close to the new equivalent. What?!?!?! How on earth can I be expected to figure out what discontinued items and nearly expired groceries to buy?

Poor guy, maybe he can't help being such a scrooge! With a name like Chadwick he must have been beat up a lot in school.

It's really not that unusual for Christmas decorations to be out right now. Starting about five years ago, large department stores and discounters started receiving and displaying Christmas merchandise shortly after Labor Day. This gives them a longer selling season and thus reduces the amount of merchandise that has to be marked down in November or December in order to get rid of it.

If they spent as much time putting together a decent BF ad as they do threatening legal action, maybe they wouldn't put out the snoozers they've been passing off as BF ads the last few years.
They don't have to worry about me shopping there on BF anyway; there are too many other stores with real ads to waste my time at Wally world.

First week of August. Amazing...
Item Listing: http://blackfriday.gottadeal.com/BlackFridaySales/Store/AceHardware
Scan: coming soon
Do you still need an ad scan or did you post it already? I can send you a pdf of the ad scan if you need it.

Doesn't staples have some rewards or some type of card and members get free shipping every day?
It used to be that way. They changed their rewards program last year so that it only gives you free shipping automatically if you spend $50 or more.

I wonder if there will be any July 4th sales on laptops
This one handed typing really sucks
You're in luck! Best Buy will have a similar-spec Compaq laptop starting Sunday July 6th. for $399. The SKU will be 8780081. It is currently selling for $599.

I just e-mailed you the one I have also.
-
I wish BB had an active Reward Zone 10% or 12% coupon, bummer.
They do! There's one that started today and ends July 7th. I would be glad to share it, but unfortunately this site won't let me attach the pdf of the RZ coupon.

Is there an expiration date on the Free Shipping and 15% off codes? I've tried using both and I am a Kohls cardholder but it says both have expired. But it's only June 15th.
Try MVC2456 for free shipping if you use your Kohl's card.

Great deal thanks! One question though...how do you know which trhee is which?? Offered in three colors of solid sateen and three colors of woven dobby dot.
Hmmmmm....
Banana, Blue, and White are solid sateen; the rest dobby dot.

No where will let you if they catch it.
If they are out of the paper you can still get the free picture when it comes in.
I've reprinted many a professional photo at CVS and Walmart (even with an obvious studio logo on the photo) and haven't had any issues. The photolab workers at my neighborhood Walgreens seem to relish telling customers NO and being sticklers for the copyright policy. One told me that the photo doesn't even have to have a photographers signature or logo on it; if they think it "looks" professional they can refuse to release it to you. So even an amateur photographer that takes great pictures can have his or her print denied because it "looks too good to have been taken by an average person " (their words, not mine).
-
I think they're full of it; they just hate to give away free prints! Also, be ready to battle the copyright Nazis at Walgreens if you upload a professional picture. The Walgreens around me won't release the print to you unless you bring them a copyright release from the original photographer or studio.hmmm well ordered one and my store called to say they are out of paper

I found the Phillips 100-watt high fidelity multimedia speaker set ( subwoofer and two satellites ) on clearance today at 75% off. They were regularly $59.99 on clearance for $14.98. I even used a $5 toy coupon and a $5 giftcard from the earlier Softsoap deal for a FINAL price of $4.98! This a good inexpensive speaker set for desktop computers, laptops, MP3 players, DVD players, even TVs. The UPC on the box is 037849951781.

Any free shipping codes? Thanks!

I'm trying to do this deal and it won't let me adjust the battery choice. Any suggestions?
The deal is DEAD! It was a mistake on Dell's part and now they've corrected it; you no longer have the option to downgrade the battery and get the discount.

Use the $5 off $25 Target toy coupon and get it for $ 114. It works on DS.

Is this camera pretty easy to use? Looking to buy my first digital camera. Nice specs it seems but ease of use? Thanks..
Having owned several Canon Powershots, I found the camera to be very easy to use. Even if you've never owned a Canon before you should have no trouble learning to how use this camera. I always recommend that you read the instructions first if you're not familiar with the camera in order to learn all its features.

I own this camera and I can highly recommend it. It's supposed to be on sale next week for $149.99 at Office Depot. That would be a heck of a deal for this camera ( I paid $182 for it last year when it was selling for $229-$249 in most places, and I was very happy with THAT price!)
