I used to work at Kohls awhile go, and it was GREAT! My one and only BF working retail, and it was the best. My store now is so sad. We don't have a big fancy Sephora - just big completely empty jewelry cases you see as soon as you get in. One side of registers they completely took out. They are down to a bare bones staff also, and it shows. I wear nice work shirts, and I used to get them there, but every time I buy one I like - when I do to buy another tone, they don't have it or they don't even carry the brand anymore. I did receive an e-mail about the charge card being changed - but I don't use credit cards anymore and don't WANT to use an actual credit card. So I am about to stop shopping there I think. They claim it will all be like the old card, but I don't believe them.

I am addicted. They closed my local store, and the nearest one is an hour in normal traffic via a packed road, so my interest might start waning. Can't go on Fri and on Sat anymore.

They have pumpkin spice Oreos out now. I miss Trader Joe's.

I laughed at that Amazon truck toy, but then I saw a UPS one in store, and its kinda cute! Too bad my kid is too big for these.

I really hope that these companies are still sending out toy catalogs in the mail.

I don't know the vibe of your group, but my husband got me a notebook from WTF Notebooks last year - they have tons of sayings and and you can choose the type of paper. But some are a bit snarky and maybe not totally inappropriate so maybe not the vibe. But letting them choose what they want might be neat. I have done ornaments before, different ones depending on the person's tastes or likes. Food and gift cards are always appreciated. Also make sure to include a nice note with gift.

I don't think it will change much... spread out and lame sales. I don't know what I am looking for. DH has been out of work since June and he starts a new job in 2 weeks so things will be tighter than usual tightness this Christmas. So nothing too big.

Thanks for this info I love the apple scent regular Dawn but I will be looking for these powerwash scents! I love all fall scents!
