Reference the A340 at Office Max, those in the know above said it was a good camera but it sells at Target everyday for the same price (199.99) and sometimes on line for 170.00 another posting had this description on their BF list: Fuji A340 4.1 Megapixel Camera 1.5" LCD screen 3x optical 2.4x digital zoom 16MB xD card and Docking cradle included. 2085-7048 $199.99 also free Lexmark Z816 Color printer after rebates with purchase of this camera. $99.99 -$29.99 coupon -$20 mfg rebate -$50 mail-in 2080-2259 So with the docking cradle (I don't know if that's included at Target) and free printer is the deal looking any better? Also some of the sites I've looked at says it has a 1.7 digital, not 2.4 which is right?

Best Buy is definitely bad but our TRU was the worst, lines around the store and they were soooo slow. God forbid you needed a video game and had to get in line at the electronics section.

I'm in...we were adding on a room and it got delayed due to unforseen circumstances, of course when we started up again we found we had purchased some of the wrong types of things (ballasts etc) and had to return them but couldn't find the receipt it was on. I was added to a "do not return list" and had to have a manager called to return anything after that!! Such a hassle considering the items are never on sale, they still carried them and I only wanted to a store credit to purchase similar items. Sign me up for the boycott

Yes and no....I actually have a good one I can recommend, it's on the BF ad at Costco and it's a Mintek 7inch, it has a good picture.....after returning 2 other brands we chose it for the sound. We have 3 kids in the back seat and the little ones won't wear earphones, so this was the only one that had a good picture, was a 7 inch (couldn't be any smaller or they couldn't all see it), and that the sound without earphones was loud enough for everyone to hear in the car. (i think it's like 139 or 149 at Costco). I was looking at these as a gift for my nephew for the price, but at this price if you had 2 kids who didn't like to watch the same thing you could get them each one and the smaller screen wouldn't matter..

I just talked to my cousin who works at the local paper, she confirmed the ad is there so it must be national. Figures the salesperson had no idea. I did confirm they open at 7am tomorrow so I might do a "pre BF" wait in line and that'll free me up from going to Walmart on Friday and I can get to Office Max instead...thanks for the tip Kapp

Definitely not the SP at Walmart, I think I'll go for the SP, but I think I'll grab it at Kmart on their day of Thanksgiving sale it comes with Namco Museum and another game for 79.99, plus they have some other games on sale for 7.99 (he doesn't need the just released games just yet!!) That way I can focus on some other big ticket item on BF.

Our BB opens at 6am and we have always gone to KB, been in and out in 5 minutes, gone straight to BB and been able to get what we needed, I got a Sony Vaio 2 yrs ago. (We're in line a little after 5 so we're about an hour early) if it's something that they only have a few of I would go at 4:30. There is always going to be someone there that has camped out but generally you can still get what you want. In my experience they have given tickets for every expensive item that they list there is only x amount available at the store. They just walk the line and ask everyone in order if you are there for that item, if so you get a ticket, if not they go on down the line til they run out of tickets. So you probably will need a ticket for both.

So the A340 at Office Max for 199 is about normal price or ever more than normal yes?

I heard they were going to go to strictly on line...Ours closed months ago and the final days they had 80% off toys (most were crap but there was still some good stuff). I stocked up on stuff to keep for birthday parties my kids need to attend or we have a Christmas party every year and got enough for Santa to bring something for all the kids

Any one know what time that Office Max is scheduled to open on BF, and do they do an online sale on Thanksgiving day or BF?

Love this feature!!! Anyway once you know the times that the stores open (if it's listed in the ad) that you can ad that next to the store name? Would help me make my gameplan, (looks like everyone is opening at 6 this year though) anyone know what time Office Max is opening?

I was looking at cameras too since we are not going to fix the Sony, I found this site with reviews that you can enter the models and see what they have to say. They seem to like the Fujis and the Kodak at Walmart seems to be a good buy since the docking station is included

Our Walmart had alot of their advertised items last year, they had 100's of cheap DVD players and some left at 10am

Costco has the Mintek we bought for a little more... I can vouch for that one

My husbands working so I don't have my built in babysitter, I think I found someone for my older girls but the 1 month old may get inaugurated to her first BF.
