Finally got an email stating that the order is being cancelled !!!!!!!!!! Took 17 days but they did it. Sure settles my nerves alot !! lol

It looks as if they are going to cancel the order. They have taken the hold off of my money and it has been put back in my acct. Tha site still shows the order as being processed. Looks as if all is going to be ok. I hope....lol

Peppysfireball, The problem is.... its not shipping but its not cancelled either.... I need something to happen so that I can get my 331.12 back so that I can do some more shopping. The last email I got (yesterday) was telling me that they had got my request to cancel but they didn't know if it could be and to give the matter 10 days before I contact them again......

I still haven't gotten an email telling me if it is going to be cancelled or if it is going to ship to wrong address........the site says , processing and the money hasn't been put back into my checking account. If and when I get this 331.12 back.....you can bet I wont spend it at WalMart.com !!!!

google dead pixels. Sometimes you can massage them out by rubbing the area in a circle. If that dont work, go today and try to find 1 in left over in another store... Wishing you good luck.
Those that are complaining about no cd/dvd drive, you can order 1 that is usb connected.

I agree with Jade.
Earlier this month i had a box damaged in shipment and everything tolen from it! the post office filed a report, and I contacted Walmart c.s. for a refund. After COUNTLESS interactions with c.s. and it was always someone different....i could not get them to understand that I didnt have items to RETURN....I had nothing to return as they were taken! I finally filed a dispute with Paypal and they refunded my money. Had I not paid with my Paypal card, I would have been screwed.
You can bet if I do order from them again, I will not use my debit card. I should have used Paypal also......

If I am understanding this correctly the wrong state was chosen in the drop down? What about the zip code you entered? The address may come up as invalid for the shipper and may go back on its own?
The address was an old address that my son use to live at. He has moved from there now. I had placed 2 orders before this 1 and they are coming to my home. I dont know how the main shipping address got changed on this order.
I am getting the same FORM LETTER that shopping4my3son got. Every time I call or email I get the same answer......just return it when you get it......or contact the person that lives there and ask them to return it for you.......I have no way of finding out who lives there ! They got my money and dont care if I get my stuff. 331.12 of hard earned money. Whats sad about it is.....it hasnt shipped yet and I asked for it to be cancelled Thursday 1 minute after I ordered it. The least they could do is change the address !

^^^ this above! As soon as you find out who it is being shipped with call them and tell them that you want the package intercepted and returned. It can be done, I've done it before.
I hope you are correct.......it hasnt shipped yet but WalMart isnt going to stop it from shipping according to all emails and phone calls I made. This will be my last dealings with Walmart .com. This is not a way to treat a customer !!!! Im tempted to return all 5 orders totaling over 1200.00 when I get them !!!! But all that would do is hurt me not them.....

I called the bank at opening time and the transaction was already processed. Debit Card transactions post pretty fast.....and since it wasnt an unaurhorized transaction ( lost card or stolen card) it was nothing the bank could do to help me...

I placed an order with a cellphone and a sim card and as soon as I clicked pay I realized it was shipping to the wrong address. I clicked on the button to cancel the order. The total was 331.00. I waited for 3 hours and didnt get an email showing that it cancelled. The site was showing processing so I called and was told it was to far along in the process for them to cancel.......I said that I had ask for them to cancel it within 1 minute of placing the order because it was shipping to Tx and I lived in TN. I was told that he would turn it over to the logistics department and maybe they can cancel it. He told me I would have to contact the person at the address and ask them to return it if they didnt get it cancelled in time.......I told him that I do not know who lives there and have no way of contacting them. Today the site says processing and my bank shows that the money has been taken from my acct and theres nothing the bank can do. I call c.service again and was told it had not been cancelled yet and sometimes it takes 3 to 5 days for it to cancel and I would have to wait. They said theres nothing they can do about it until it SHIPS and then I can call and give them the tracking number and they will try to get it returned......This is 331.00 dollars........ I am so mad right now that I could blow .com up !!!!
Has anyone had this happen to them? This is bad C.Service in my book !!! Cant stop an order from shipping.........

If we were an actual retailer and had an actual shipping/order fulfillment department to handle these things, we could maybe do exchanges.
But the fact is, it's just me here, and I have way more important things going on this week (i.e. running the site), plus we're out of most shirt sizes anyway.
These were the same shirts we've had the last few years and a sizing chart was posted. We used to only give shirts away but we recenty started offering the chance to buy them as a courtesy as many members wanted to guarantee they'd have one. It's not a money maker, trust me, and it takes up a lot of time already.
Correct me if Im wrong.....Didnt you have to place an order for printing with a shirt company based on what sizes people had given you.
Maybe the person should ask if there is anyone on the site that might like to buy her shirts and at least get her money back.

If you want 2...better have a friend with ya to get another ticket for 1. Most stores allow 1 per customer. Last year our store managers were taking TVs out of peoples carts and at the check out if there wasnt a person per item....

How do you know what price the deal will be??? I see the toshiba 1TB hard drive is going on at 7:40 pm and I clicked on it and it shows a price of 59.?? Will it be less than that at 7:40?

So, if I was to get to Walmart (let's say) at 6:55pm, would I still be able to get a guarantee card if they ran out of the item(s) that I want?
I wouldnt cut it that close to the time......Your watch and the employees stopping the line, may not be in sync.....

It's a gamble. If it isn't online then you will have missed your chance to grab it at the store. In the past though, I've scored 100% of the deals I wanted online. This year the deal is a little more important to me, so I'm freaking out a bit. WANT THAT IPAD! I was relieved to see Sams Club state the ps3 bundle will be available online--now I just need to get a membership. Ha.
Let me correct myself...you won't always miss the chance to get to the store and grab your item. If I remember correctly the deals go online a lot sooner than the stores open. Like you said 12am on Thursday, would give you plenty of time to go stand in line.
Hasnt the Ipad instore got the 1 hour guarantee. If ur inline at the store from 6-7, you will get 1 or you will get a card promising you 1 for that price.

Their regular price matching policy is you come in to the store with competitor ad in hand to buy a product and they will adjust the price right there at the register. Most stores WILL do this on black Friday with competitors ads. Generally that has been up to individual store managers so if your store has done it in the past, chances are they will do it again this year.
The Christmas Ad Match policy is you buy something at Walmart now, and find it on sale at Target next week. You can take your receipt and the Target ad in, and they will give you the difference on a WM gift card. They will NOT do this for Black Friday ads. So, if you buy a new xbox today at Walmart, and Target runs it in their ad next week for $20 less, you could have it price matched. If Target runs it $20 less in their BF ad, you can not have it price matched.
