i understand the grounds of it I would do the same but i would have my stuff divided into groups and always let people w/ a few things or even more go ahead if I am gonna do a long involved order or multiple ones....Guess i shouldnt whine but the waiting made me grab a candy bar i really didnt need LOL....
-

I thought about a bag but didnt know how Wallamrt workers would feela bout that....Also the CPK dolls arent fitting in any bag i own LMAO maybe for the smaller items though...i seriously had the thought of duct tape flash through my head LOL
-
i think I am leaning toward the stack and scoot method.....seems only option out there since we only have 2 people going I may get the CPK dolls first and go back for the care bears I know I am running a big risk on not getting it but.... UGH Its all so hard LMAO

Ok I searched and didnt see this but I am sure someone will point me to a thread that I some how over looked LOL I am wanting several "largish" items at Walmart. I go with DH and We want a "hot" item in electronisc and multiple ones in toys. We have to divid up I know this. But any tips on trying to get large items "safely" to the meeting point?? I know carts are worthless but I have no idea how i will be able to carry multiple big things. I am not looking at the hummers or jeep things. Mostly the CPK dolls, care bears and barbie. He will be after the game boy.

The Wally I go to is closed T-day as well so that means outdoor line ups LOL -
My fav one was "Some lady just grabbed my @$$" yelled over the walkie Talkie...My response "You got the horse right?" he has come a long ways :) I'm so proud of him LMAO
-
LOL My husband fell into the "o gee lets be nice to the little old lady" trap his first BF. Then he got nailed and shoved around by enough of them and he figured out how it "REALLY" is LOL

I understand a store not wanting to prevent anyone from getting in cause they are looking at it as just one more sale BUT I would think they would be concerned if they find themsleves on the TV screen each year with a reporter taking about someone getting hurt. I figure in the long run thats gonna take more $$ from the coffers then anything

Hubby goes with me :) He takes Electronics/Misc I head for toys

Ok in another thread I was asking about the Vtech systems but now seeing all of these replies I am starting to think maybe skipping those and going right for the gameboySP? DD is 4 but has her own PC and all and plays w/ daddy on the PS2. We are a traveling family and we really want something she can play in the car. Thankgoodness I found this wonderful site with all this info :)
-
Will it just be the scans pulled? Or should I print out what I have on my BF list now? cause BTW I am LOVING that list feature LOL
-
i noticed the Vtech toys were at the current price....didnt look to see how many others are as well
-
Ok so I still think I am missing something....I sorta see the benefit of putting it in now to hold and getting it out on BF since you would(hopefully) now you had the right thing and knew you would be getting it...but then so many said that Walmarts computers wont be set up to get them out on BF that is still hazy for me But If you are gonna stand in line to get in and wrassle for it why then go stand in another long line to put it in layway that day? Why not just pay and skedaddle to the next store??
-
Was it just not holding her interest or were the games to easy? Sorry to have jacked the thread ......but What are some suggestions then for a good game system(prefer portable) that would be good for a 4yr old?
-
Yep I am still torn on which brand(had decided on the Vtech till some of the reviews i saw elsewhere) and also if I want the portable or the TV only system. We travel a great deal so I think the portable would make up the difference in $$ in use but hate that I havent seen any reviews on it yet
-
yeah the wally one is at the current price right? I too am hoping for a bundle or something similar What about any of the leap pad ones? She had the my first leap pad but has kinda grown out of it now
-
The TV system one? Is it a PITA with the battieres? Most of the complaints I read were about how hard the cartridges are to get in and out and the fact it ran on batteries. ETA: My daughter is 4. She already runs her computer fairly well. What games would you suggest?
-
I dont have the Wish book this year so DD hasnt made her list yet....I am hoping to find a better deal on some sort of handheld gaming system for her. Was leaning toward the Vtech but havent seen great reviews on the TV system and no reviews for the portable. Anyone got a good toy review site? Not company BS line but from users/consumers?
