I do the same thing, except the youngest cousin runs the coats to the car so we are able to move better when it is time to run!

I hide them first then pull them out all at once. I am going to try to just wrap them as I get them but I don't see that happening!!

Usually the first week of December, I tend to over buy though!

Here is an easy and yummy one. Take a boxed cake mix, lemon, strawberry or chocolate. Add two eggs and mix Fold in one cup of cool whip Drop by spoons on cookie sheet Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes. Let me know what you think!!
