I hope not, my daughter works there and that doesn't give her anytime to eat Thanksgiving dinner and visit with family

I have done it both ways, but I prefer to shop with my daughters. I put them in lines for items and set up a meeting point (usually in women's undies). They can help with the carrying and that way we usually get everything we need.

I've found several things this week...Kohls was great...bought self 2 shirts one for 1.40 and the other 2.40... then a pair of jeans for my daughter for 6.40, two shirts for my son for under 5.00...Then I just bought a black hoodie for a little girl for 7.00 shipping froms Hanes.com and all yippee

My youngest daughter said she "might" want a 3ds xl. Her sister got one last year. I paid 179.99 for the special Mario one. I hope to get one for under 100.00 this year since she doesn't care what color etc.

My best gift was a glider and ottoman we still use it after 16 years...my worst gift was a box that allowed you to see netflicks it worked a whole day

I really haven't had many problems with rude people....I do have problems with people who are doing their weekly grocery shopping and getting frustrated because the aisles are blocked!

when the kiddos were little, I would put their Christmas money into envelopes with their names on them. Then i would pay for each child's separately and put their receipts in the envelopes. Now i keep a spread sheet and when the amount equals zero they are done

How do you stick to your budget with so many great deals?

The first time I went out it was with my best friends family and that was in the 80s...I started going out myself around 94 when my daughter was born. I sure do miss the "black Friday" I'd take it back instead of the grey Thursday!

Our Target had simple desks for 6.00, bought 2 and they've had twin xl sheets for 5.00, Walmart has maternity shirts cheap. kmart had the plastic outdoor nativity scene on sale for 52.00 bought son black levi jeans for 5.00 at Kohl's.

I loved the secret sale...I sat in line with a few other people to get my daughter a laptop.

It's pretty funny but men's socks and underwear lol

We had a tradition of shopping until around 11 am then eating at golden corral to regroup then finish shopping, but that was before the time change....now we eat at my mother-in-laws and head to walmart. Usually finishing shopping by midnight. Going home sleep and get breakfast before we return to finish our shopping.

My best memory was when I took my husband to target to get 2-stereos for our two youngest. It was his first time and he's a big guy. They opened the door and everyone rushed and pushed. I ran and got trapped in front of my desired product (yippee) and handed the rest back to others. When I met up with my husband he was empty handed and shocked at the craziness. He said"they were fighting, I'm not hitting a woman" I just laughed and showed him that I did. lol

I shop at Kohl's usually online and Wal-Mart online and in store...this year I will be shopping Target also (my daughter gets a discount).
