NYX makes a great dupe of the Naked 1 palette. I refuse to spend $50 on eyeshadow myself and the Champagne and Bubbles palette is good. Just wanted to throw that out there. NYX is pigmented.

Thursday High 50, Low 28 and partly sunny. Friday High 51, Low 35 and partly sunny in West Springfield, MA. No wind chill, which will be great.

The Westfield, MA Walmart has a sign saying 1am. Local authorities have final say of opening times of stores as long as it's not on Thanksgiving.

Not all stores are opening at 4, local city and town officials set the times, as long as it's not before 12am. That is what I was told by a city official in my city.

CT stores open at normal times. I am from Western MA and usually go to the East Windsor, CT Walmart for BF. Although with the 8pm opening, I think i'll stick with MA and actually have Thanksgiving dinner instead of leaving for CT at 5pm.

I have no children myself, but the oldest of my 2 nephews gave me his list yesterday. I always get a specialized list from them, with the most expensive gifts they want. Have to love kids.

Got the Compaq laptop from Walmart. Towels, a few kids clothes and toys at Walmart also. Worst BF experience ever and I am not a BF newbie. They released the 10pm items about 9:50 and people destroyed pallets. Games and DVD's all over. Pushing and people just acting horribly. Old Navy was very busy. Probably 100 people in the checkout and the computer system was not working. They got it fix and I spent about 30 mins in line. Target was more organized, got there about 1:30 for DS and xbox games. Picked up a board game and candy for stockings. Orderly line setup that went zig zagging down aisles around the outside aisles. About 45 mins in line. Missed some deals on home appliances, but I will go to another WM today to see if they have leftovers.

In line at Walmart in East Windsor, CT for a laptop. Arrived at 7:15 and doors were open. About 10th line for the laptop. People are all around the 10pm items. I can see already it is going to be a fight for items. Oh the insanity. :)

Probably get there about 7. Shopping in E.Windsor, CT since the Walmarts in Western MA do not open until 5 usually with Blue Laws. And, if the weather is bad it is no fun all night.

Zip up sweatshirt, custom camping chairs would be quite awesome!

Anyone have suggestions of good apps for Blackberry for BF and the holiday season? I could not find much in the BB world marketplace.

My cousin bought me one of the hot chocolate makers about 3 years ago. It has been used 1 time. And I like hot drinks. Just a warning, it's one of the the things that seems so cool and then the novelty wears off. Then I was like, ok where's the packet of hot cocoa?? haha

I will be heading out at 8pm if Walmart opens at 10. Have to see what time the stores are being allowed to open up in Northern CT. No sleep for me that night I guess.

I shopped at a different WalMart last BF and I was not a fan of their system. The items that were 5am items were out at 12 and most were gone by 3am. I was there for a doorbuster item for someone else. Luckily, I had someone with me so we could get out of line and look around. Almost missed out on a camera and external hard drive that I really wanted because they put them out early and the employees had no clue of what was supposed to happen. Checkout was faster than normal though. I just wish that the sales all started at one time, so employees knew what to do a bit more and people would not miss out because of their confusion.

My mother and I. My cousin wants to come with, but I am not sure she will actually wake up. Might have to physically drag her out.

Maybe Western MA, near Springfield, more likely Northern CT - Windsor and Enfield. MA state and local laws prohibit stores from opening before 5am, so they lose my business.

Does anyone know if the no contract phones are going to available on the website also on BF or just in store?

I usually get up about 5:30 and head to the store about 6 to get the paper. I have to get 2 copies, 1 for me and 1 for the rest of the family to fight over. : LoL

The Wal-Mart I go to every BF was pretty tame as compared to previous BF's. The line was organized and there was security there to explain the layout of things and the rules of how to get 'ticketed' items. Plus there are police in front of the store to stop and line jumpers that wait in there car. It was still very crazy, as local law would not allow them to open until 5am. But, I was out of Wal-Mart by 5:45 with a car full of goodies. And there is always a family that comes around and gives out free hot coffee to the waiting line outside!
