walmart ad is pretty much always the same sort of stuff as the years before BUT I plan that way I will get my kids the jeans on sale, dvds, and my little man some hot wheels and of course we always have get at least one barbie for $5 :)

Did you walmart have a place for them with bar code on the shelf even when they were empty? My walmart doesnt have anything that even comes close to a place to put elmo

I dont think walmart will blitz elmo on bf BUT I think is a great chance elmo will be there :) I just cant see them NOT getting enough but I hope lots still buy off ebay now.....gives me an even better chance of getting one at retail :)

well if that is the case I am in luck have one turning 3 and one turning 2 after christmas :) anyone remember the original elmo from 10 yrs ago??? we still have him I got them way before I knew he was gonna be a HUGE item I had 3 and I sold none

what a great deal......I am going to get ours after hubby gets home from work I love getting the ones with the bonus items :) even if I have to pay the full price lol

well my almost 2 yr old cant say I want this or I want that BUT elmo is his favorite he has other elmo stuff and as for my almost 3 yr old she does want it........they will mostly likely just get one to share because the older one will get bored as for my son he will love him for much longer :)

I tend agree with you I believe there will be more elmos before Christmas would be funny to see the looks on the faces of those that paid double the price and those stuck with several that they cant unload LOL

I agree BUT having taken a business law class a couple of years ago I found out it is NOT illegal. They do not have to honor it by law BUT most places will because it is a way of keeping the customer happy.

If they have the price marked wrong make sure you get them to give it to you for that price, half the time at walmart they are too lazy (at my local store anyway) to freaking fix the problem afterwards anyway. I also love the way that they have the rule if the price scans wrong you get $3 off or if item is less than $3 you get it free I always cash in on that when they make a mistake

I have used layway in the past but mostly not because it is a pain on black friday so this year I will just pay my credit card balance off completely and pay that way much quicker than anything else I hope. I only shop at walmart because the other stores are an hour away from me so I price match everything I get that in my buggy before the wm sale starts and I am out in less than an hour :)

I had the same problem last week with my daughters bike that I ordered from amazon I was like thank goodness she was asleep :) We will of course put the bike together but if she had seen it I would have died that is her BIG gift this year

I live in the middle of nowhere so the closest one to me WAS 50 miles the town is growing constantly businesses have at least doubled in the past 6 yrs and tru closed its doors The closest one to me now is over 100 miles away. I never did much shopping with them only when I was looking for one of those hard to find at walmart sort of gifts

I do the same thing with my kids.........saves alot of money and it looks great :)

ah darn they are all sold out already but then again I was checking the review of this one and the other starwars sheet set for 19.99 and they werent very good so when someone gets theirs please tell us how you like them

yep I phone them too......I even had the papers in hand when I spoke with the store manager. He told me if I had any more questions to phone he back and if I had any problems on BF to personally ask for him. I didn't have any problems thankfully.

Not that it will do any good I am still going to email walmart and let them know how I feel about them getting rid of their layaway plan. I dont shop at kmart simply because they are 50 miles away from me and I dont much care for their store in the first place.

I agree I told the assistant manager at the local walmart that I would be taking alot of my money to target simply because I used walmart for the layaway if I am going to have to pay for it all at once I would shop else where she agreed that it was stupid on walmarts part and she believes that it will hurt them but then again being the worlds largest retailer I think they can take the loss

found out today that our walmart actually has priced match stuff all the way down to Dallas TX which is about 4 hours away from here

so if I dont have the printed ad but print it off the net does that work most of the time?
