I think it isn't really Target's problem. I am sure they love the resellers because it gets everything out and quickly. Policing how much and how many someone can buy of clearance items seems like an added headache for the store with no gain. Though I agree it is frustrating, sometimes we win and sometimes we lose in the aisles of Target. I don't resell anything I buy, and as peeved as I may get, I don't think it is fair to limit the amount others buy. We could show up everyday (and sometimes around toy clearance time I do) and stalk items if we really wanted them that badly; or of course we could buy them when they go 30 or 50% off.

Wow, wher in MI are you? It hasn't been that cheap here in Ann Arbor for a while.

Bummer our TP (Charmin Basic 36 big rolls) was still 14.xx . Which size was this for? I did get a 4 pack of softsoap hand soap for 3.xx and 4 pack of softsoap body wash for 3.xx. I also got a 4 pack of Edge razor gel for 4.xx (which I also had a coupon for which made it 3.xx). Had to search through the store for stuff- the bulk section had been moved all over the store. No great paper, crayola or sharpie deals that I found at our store. Just as side note for any of you that live in MI or have a Meijer store... I was so bummed I missed the target 90% off sale- but thrilled to find Meijier still had a lot of vday stuff ringing up 90% off even though it was only marked 75%.

Vday and dollar spot Salvaged here in MI too. I missed 90% yesterday, but just didn't feel like going again after a trip Friday and Sat. Tried to find a few stray items today- but nothing was ringing up - the stickers with Vday messages were still full price and the heart PJs (nick and Nora I think) were still full price too. Bummer.

I saw it getting packed up and sent to the back at our store this morning too.

So bummed- I checked our target for one of these today- nope our firepits were still 59.xx and 79.xx... sigh. Oh well. Anyone else have any luck finding one?

Some already is at our store. I bought a wooden under the bed storage shelf with bins for 12.XX (75% off) and a dress up carousel (with mirror, shelves and hooks) for 38.XX or 39.XX (50% off) over the weekend. Both of these items were with the kids bedding and furniture. The bookcases weren't on sale at our target yet though.

Where do you sign up? I know nothing about the house parties but it sure sounds like fun!

It might have looked like that at our target this am too- but at least at our target the employees were helping costumers (me included) fill our carts. I don't know anyone that works there, but one employee would scan things for me and help me put hings in my cart. Our target hadn't marked them before the 8am opening so, those of us there at 8 got a little extra help getting our stuff marked down to 75% off and help with our carts. There were at least 4 other people there (not friends of the workers) that they personally helped too. Besides, I figure one of the perks of working in a place like target is they get first dibs. I know not everyone agrees, but I don't have to get up a 4 am to stock the shelves everyday and they do.

Ann Arbor MI Carpenter road- Toy went to 75% this a.m. but all was going fast. Will try to check back in later but the deal of the day was a pony ride toy that was originally 170ish was marked to 40.00- something. Woohoo- my Daughter will love it!!

Where in Mi are you?

Still at 50% at our 2 stores in Ann Arbor, MI this a.m. Since I was getting tired of driving back and forth between the two I asked the guest services desk if they could call the other store in town to see what their toys were marked down to... I was told the other store was 75% off, but when I got there the toys were only 50% off and no one admitted to taking the call. Guess I will try again tomorrow.
