I saw some good mark downs in shoes both yesterday and today. However, boots weren't at a good markdown price yet. At my stores, they have a 25% Price Cut sign. I saw a handful with a 30% markdown. I am in MN though, so I think they keep them stocked here for a while!

I was surprised to find that Christmas wasn't salvaged yet! I found a couple of purses and a lot of bracelets that were 90% in downtown Minneapolis in the women's accessories department. There was also a lot of movement in shoes. I am going to go back after lunch because they weren't done marking an aisle that had some I was eye-ing up and the team member marking them went to lunch. He would have just scanned them for me had I thought to look before he left. He offered to mark a couple of other pairs for me.

Is the stuff in women's accessories the same as the stuff from girls or is there something different?

I don't think it has been mentioned here, but women's pajamas with the silver tag are ringing 90%. Also, if you see in my picture above, there is a clear necklace and a blue necklace that are in silver boxes that are 90%. The other colors are not. Look in the jewelery section for these. Finally, scarves have been mentioned, but I haven't seen anybody mention the blue and green one. It has like a square/geometric pattern on for a lack of better description. It is in the top left hand side in the picture above, but hard to see because it is dark.

Here is my loot from today! Or most of it anyway. We had a Christmas party this afternoon that some of it went to. I also couldn't fit all of in the picture! I was able to find the following multiples: Dunkin Donuts - 12, Betty Crocker Snickerdoodle - 6, Transformers Toothbrush/paste combo 12, Chinet Champagne glasses - 6, Chinet Regular Glasses - 7. I had a handful of each type of electric toothbrush. A lot of little girls accessory items that didn't in the picture and more hats too. I also found a Rachael Ray set. A HUGE thank you to the PP who found the picture frame sets. I saw somebody post about girls pajamas for $2.49 - were those in the 4-16 section? Can you describe them more? Somebody on a different blog also mentioned a girls dress that was green. Anybody run across this?

Only certain ones are on clearance. The 8" is higher up on the ones on clearance.

I am afraid I will end up with second trips to some of my stores too. I am thinking I am going to very rushed the first time a round so I can get to the others to see what they have. Well, I know what they had this morning. I just want to to be able to get some from each of them!

Okay, now I get it! A couple of my stores still have those up, with lots of stuff in them! See why I am so anxious for 90%? LOL

I have seen references to Christmas Tree tags in women's. Can somebody elaborate on this?

Ugh...TotallyTarget is reporting 90% at some stores today. I might have to go check some others. I have 5 that surround me. It usually seems to be regional though, right?

Still 70% here too. I finally broke down and bought the Solo kids cups that were in the regular aisle because I had a $1.25 off coupon from the 12/2 Smart Source insert. Just over 30 cents each. If you have a SuperTarget, check out your meat department for good markdowns. I always get the Archer Farms spiral cut ham for cheap after the holidays. .79 a pound today.

I don't like enough for the $14.99, especially when I have found 5 sets at my local Targets that I am hoping to get for $5. The suspense is KILLING me. BTW, on the totallytarget.com blog, somebody said that the Archer Farms Christmas Blend coffee was part of the clearance, but it isn't. I scanned it again this morning and it was regular price. Just in case you read that post, thought I would warn you!

This is what I have so far: Batman figures, LaLaLoopsy Ice something or other, Hello Kitty Mystery Figure, Tonka "Chuck" cars, Dinosaur Train figure, Yo Yo ball.

Any tips on stocking stuffers to look for in the toy aisle? I should have taken a picture of the set up before Christmas! I am so anxious for stuff to go 90%. It is such a thrill getting thing so cheap! A friend of mine compared it to going on a scavenger hunt. Lots of fun! Another thing to look for - EOS Raspberry lip balm with a white pattern at the top of the package. They are a deep red (not bright red).

I found some Crayola electric toothbrushes, also by GUM, for 70% at one store, but at another they didn't scan 70% off. Not sure if it was an internal markdown (I know the large cartons of goldfish were marked down manually in the system at one of my stores) or if there are two different numbers. Receipt shows 049090483. They were $1.49.

Thank you! Now the question is, do I want to brave (no pun intended!) the Black Friday crowds and go to Wal-mart to get the better price?? Anybody know if they will have these prices available online?

In the BF ad I saw, it had Brave for $10. Is Walmart having it cheaper? Also, is there a link to the Kelloggs coupon or can I find it on their website?

I found an entire end cap with that stuff yesterday! It was marked as a price cut, but I recognized the barks from another store and scanned the items and sure enough, everything was 90% off. I filled my cart. It was awesome to give the caramel corn and pretzels to my daycare mom. Snack time for less than twenty cents!! I am going to put some of these items in a gift basket for Sunday school teachers at Christmas time!

There are some super cute shirts in the toddler boys section that say Super Hero on them and have a little cape velcroed on the back that I found at two stores ringing up 90% off. They are with some other character shirts. I also found skeleton zip up hoodies, Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown shirts, and Angry Bird shirts all ringing up 90%. Somebody also mentioned some themed beanies mixed in with the winter hats ringing 90%, but I didn't find those in downtown Minneapolis when I looked.

I checked a couple of stores this morning and did not find 90% off. Bummer!

Does the bagged candy ever actually go to 90% off? I noted a couple of rogue bags at the store in Minneapolis today and wonder if they might be 90% come Monday. This store went everything 70% off yesterday...it was better than Christmas morning!! LOL

I just had an excellent experience. I went to one store and since it was salvaged, the girl I talked to said I would have to pay full price for the sunscreen and Banzai balls I found (I was so mad I didn't go to this store last night!). Went to a second to store to see if it was salvaged everything and didn't find anything. Decided to take my chance on a third store and hit the jackpot! The team lead or whatever he was actually was finding things for me. I got packages of 3 squirt guns for .09 (9 of them), a big squirt gun for .49, sand buckets for .19 (6), and the Banzai balls for .49 (5). He said that if stuff is left on the floor, they should always sell it to you and they are doing it wrong if they don't. He said they should never take something from a guest who is willing to buy it since it just all gets sold to salvage buyers and the stores have to box it up, etc. It would be nice if there was a general rule like that across the stores!

Downtown Minneapolis was not marked down as of 45 minutes ago and it sounded like the markdown team was moving OUT of toys and had already been there from the conversation I overheard. I am going to check again soon though.
