I've never had a budget. Just have to decide if it's something I want to get depending on necessity and the value of the deal.

Our daughter loves these Calico Critters. She just started Kindergarten, so this school set will be perfect for her. There's a BUNCH in the set of these critters http://www.amazon.com/Calico-Critters-Country-Tree-School/dp/B00OU01MNA/ref=sr_1_1?s=toys-and-games&ie=UTF8&qid=1445745492&sr=1-1&keywords=calico+critters+school

Thanks. Yeah, we ended up having to descale it every other time we used it. Then we didn't use it at all for about a month, and it won't even get water to the brewer now. I still may be leaning toward the mini.

Duh. Yeah, I completely forgot about Amazon. Of course I'll be shopping there!!

I would go with my mom 15-20 years ago, but started going myself probably in 2004. Oh my, how things have changed. I've never had a warmer climate BF; always PA, NY, WI.

We had one of the older models (actually still have it collecting dust on the pantry shelf) and it would always get clogged up from the hardish water we have. Eventually stopped working altogether. We would only use it about once every two weeks and just don't think that was often enough to make it last. Maybe the mini would be a good idea for us??

You can't beat the thrill of still being out in the action. And to have something tangible in your hands after buying it. But with 10 stores that I want to go to, scattered all around town with opening times, who knows when....yeah, have to do some online (and make sure you can actually secure the item). I do hear stories about orders being canceled from online, but has only happened to me once, and with nothing major.

Madison, WI !!!!

Every year leans more and more toward online. Last year probably wasn't much of an increase toward online; it's already at 90% or higher

2 shirts for me.

Not a whole lot in there. NEXT!

Cool, thanks. That'll help get me started. I need to do more research, too!! Lol. I doubt my wife will want to make phone calls from her watch.....

FitBit makes another one more advanced past the HR, or there's another Android-compatible product?

What's everyone's #1 Black Friday item on your list so far?

Logitech Harmony Home Remote. x2 -
I was a big fan of JCP snow globes, disappointed with the buttons, snow globes came back but much cheaper make, and then they went to the secret cards last year. Since I won $100 with that, I'll have to say that was my favorite giveaway

Gotta be Star Wars galore.

Does it have to be a realistic prediction??? I'll go with Best Buy; 10/15.

Kohl's. I don't think I've ever gone a BF year without something at Kohl's. One year I almost didn't go in the store (giant online order.....I think it was plural...orders) but I was near the store, there were no lines and I had $10 off $10 purchase, with the already heavily discounted items, you can pretty much walk away with $30+ retail for free. Menards is a close second. How can you not love Menards. Their sales are never must-have, but it's juts fun to go buy stuff you never knew you needed until you saw it on the shelf with a SALE tag in front of it...

Always credit. Can't ignore the points/cash back.

I'm interested in something for Android, as well. My wife has been looking at the fitbits recently and maybe there's something that's a FitBit, plus more. I haven't really done any research on them, but if anyone has a resource for Android-compatible wearables, that'd be awesome.

It depends on whether I find sales on things FOR others. I always know what I want/need, and the list gets made throughout the year for things that I know will likely be BF deals. If people send me lists of things that go on sale during BF, they I buy it for them Otherwise, I just have to find a non-BF deal somewhere else.

Without a doubt, it's Kohl's. Whether it be online or in store, it better be Kohl's. ...I think someone may have already mentioned Kohl's

1. They started camping out already; and only 364 days until Black Friday 2016. 2. The carts go marching one by one, hurrah... 3. The Black Friday limbo; how low can you go?

My plan was similar. Went out after dinner, went home, rested, and then back out with the kids at 7am. The wrench is when online sales also kick in during the middle of the night so basically it's a non stop staggering of openings; sleep from 2-5. I do like being able to do some of the shopping with DD5 & DS4, though. Most of the gifts we buy for them are gotten elsewhere, as toys in the store are often a disaster waiting to happen, or require 6 hours in below 0 temperatures.

We're going to the Wilderness next month! It was an average deal, but still fun for the kids nonetheless. I've never had my eyes open for a deal on BF from any of the parks.
