  1. That is great that the stores had ample supply. I hate when I go to a store for the advertised special only to find out they are all gone, especially stores that only have a handful of something and still advertise it!
  2. I got to Target at 9:15am this morning and was surprised to find some decent Halloween stuff left. I got 4 costumes and some accessories, plus some girls leggings and Halloween t-shirts for between $.59-$.80. I grabbed the last three bags of peanut M&M's for $.74 each. A couple of non-Halloween deals: Girls soccer socks $2.49 (75%) Masterlock Bike locks $7.48 (50%) Bakugan backpack $2.48 (75%) Badmitton/volleyball set in carry bag $8.74 (75%) With the 90% off Halloween and other steals, I saved $233.74! I was tempted to go to another location but stopped myself because I have way too much stuff already.
  3. WOW, $1 costumes! I wanted to get some of the costumes for 75% for dress-up but wasn't willing to pay the 50% off price. Now my son is sick, so no way I can go out today.
  4. I got a couple of great deals so thanks to OP for posting! I had been in KMart last week and they had 20% of clearance toys. 50% is more to my liking... I have the stuff hidden already so this list is going off memory: Littlest Pet Shop Playset (Get Better Center I think it is called) = $10 Small Lego Star Wars = $3.50 Disney Princess Play Phone with 5 faceplates = $5 V-Smile Pocket = $13.50 Princess Jump Rope = $.50 and some other outdoor/pool toys for cheap, cheap, cheap
  5. Did you check your receipt to be sure? I was just there this morning and bought a ton of stuff. I gave the cashier my 30% off coupon which she scanned, and on the screen I could see it took 30% off my total. I then gave her my Kohl's cash which I assumed would be deducted from my new total. Now I am looking at my receipt and used a calculator to double-check and NO, the Kohl's cash was deducted FIRST, meaning my 30% off got taken on the reduced total. In my case it came to a $21 difference. So I paid $21 more because of the way their computer processed the transaction.
