Finally hit 90. Not my best year, unfortunately.

Still 70/50 here. Bummer.

Guess there's no need for me to try the Omaha stores then.

I broke down and went to Des Moines today, on a whim... Ankeny, Altoona, Des Moines, Urbandale, & West Des Moines stores...all 90% off Fort Dodge, Iowa 75% off Mason City, Iowa ... called and they said 75%, but a friend went and said it was 90% so I don't know...because the silly friend didn't actually buy anything...

My best guess would be Monday or Tuesday. From previous years, most Kmarts seem to go two full weekends at 50%, before taking the plunge to 75%. Since Christmas was on a Saturday this year, they only got 1 day of a weekend, and then one whole weekend (from this weekend), so they might hold out a while this week, but I'd be shocked if they don't go to 75% off before Friday.

Still 75% off at Mason City, Iowa. I don't even know if I'll bother going at 90% off...doesn't seem like there was even anything there I really wanted. Then again, EVERYTHING looks good at 90% off! Has anyone been to the Fort Dodge Target? Maybe, hopefully, a better selection. Might try to go to that one at 90.

My Kmart isn't doing it, but I will luckily be back home visiting my family for Easter so I can do it there thankfully. I still might take a little trip somewhere else to do some more lol. I'm so addicted that even only being able to do 5 is still exciting!

Unfortunately, you can't use a Kmart coupon and a manufacturers coupon on the same item at Kmart. The register will attempt to attach each coupon to the same item, so after the first one is ran through, the second one will beep. The Kmart coupons also state they cannot be combined with any other coupons. Just a heads up!

I checked out Target today to see if I could find anything good, but no luck. However, if someone wants that cheap tape, the normal aisle was FULL of the 19¢ and 29¢ tape. I bought a couple packages before, so I didn't really need to buy any this time, but if someone else needs some, get over there fast. It was the Sioux Falls west store. Looked all over for the Sit 'n Spin, but couldn't find it. Lots of toys at 30% and 50% off. Checked out the rest of the clearance across the store and couldn't find much above 50% off, just two picture frame sets for 75% off was all I managed to find.

The ones that are 90% off have $2.99 printed on the top of the package on the right above the 3M label. The ones without the price printed on them are regular price. I found quite a few in the regular aisle.

I noticed that! Whatever the east store had the west store didn't, and vice versa. I managed to get 13 boxes of the Reynolds Wrap for 29¢ at the east store, and two boxes of Ritz snowflake crackers for 29¢. Found the Trio Sets, 6 of them, at the west store for 49¢. The west store was crazy. The Reynolds Wrap, Paper Towels, and Ziploc were scattered about like someone was definitely looking for the Christmas-themed ones. I never even thought to look for the Barbie. I really wanted some lights or something at least that lit up, but there was nothing left by the time I got to both of them. Was there anything good at 8am?

Are you serious? I called right away this morning at 8 and they said it was only 75% off. I'm so mad now! Let me know what you find out about the other store...I might try to hit both of them up quick!

Still 75% off at both Sioux Falls Targets.

Last year they went 80% off on January 3rd...and went 90% off on January 13th. If the day early pattern holds, hopefully it'll go 90% off on the 12th.

Called both Targets in town...both said still 75%. I asked when it might go 90% and the one girl said we have so much stuff left still...well for sure not today, but maybe...and I said oh do you think I should check tomorrow? And she said definitely, definitely. :)

I hope it goes 90% tomorrow, but I doubt it will. The stores around here are almost always one day behind most of the other stores in the country on the Christmas markdowns. I'm getting up early everyday though and calling to check. We now have 2 Target stores in town, so hopefully between the two I can score some great deals. Too bad school has to interfere! Has anyone noticed that so much of the Christmas/winter themed stuff around the store (like the Glade candles, or Pepperidge Farm cookies, or Christmas Pillsbury cookie dough) is either not on clearance at all or only 15%-30% off? What a rip! Last year nearly all that stuff was included with the normal Christmas clearance. What gives Target?!

Ah I knew I should have scanned those Twizzlers! I got the tubs for only $1.49! They were 75% off, or $2.49, plus I used the $1 off Target coupon. So what a deal! 90 fun size candy bars for $1.49, awesome deal. I'd go back and buy more, but I told myself I wasn't going to buy any candy anyways. On a side note... I keep checking on the Zune Clock/Radio system that's regular $99.99, it's 50% off now, so $49.98, if anyone sees them go 75% off PLEASE let me know. The DPCI is 057001427. All of the other Zune stuff is 75% off except that thing, of course. Thanks guys!

That candy is just going to sit on the shelf at 30% off. It was cheaper on sale than it is now on clearance I think. Dumb dumb move I'd say. Especially when they need to make room for Christmas. Man I wish I could be there right when they open for the 90% off (I did that with Christmas last year and scored like no other). If it's on Saturday, hey it might just happen for me. Or if it's Friday I might have to skip school to go get a few deals lol.

Both Sioux Falls stores are out of the TV, and so are Watertown and Sioux City. I really wanted that tv! I did, however, manage to score a GE TV Antenna for like $5.xx and 2 pk canned air for $2.48, both were 75% off the regular prices.
