I dont understand those that are "sticking up" for the mentality of, "we dont get paid enough to give good customer service". In my opinion,when you accepted the job with the company, you made an agreement to do your job, you accepted the wages they were offering at the time, and agreed to do the job described to the best of your abilities. You watch videos about giving good customer service, take questionaires about what you would do "if" etc, etc, etc. so, you do know right away what is expected of you, at that time. I am sure even a store like walmart gives some training in these areas...Nobody held a gun to anybodys head forcing them to stay at a bad job where they were treated badly. Obviously i do know that not all employers are created equal, bosses can be incompetant, guidelines fuzzy-but dont we all go back to "treat others as we would want to be treated"? I will never agree with passing along bad attitudes and unprofessional manners to the customer, no matter what!

As i remember it was just the featured items that were in the really cheap sale, but there are usually lots of unadvertised specials throughout the stores. Its worth it to go have a look. as for getting to the store super early, i guess it depends on what your store is like, we didnt go at the crack of dawn or anything-but probably before lunchtime. they were giving out tickets at the front door and telling you where to get the items in the store. I got 400 thread count sheets for 9.99 that day. nice! I would suggest going straight to the section and getting the chairs first thing, then looking at other stuff. as for the poster who said they dont have the items on sale in the new Tampa store-its really not a bad drive to the orlando one, its actually right off i-4 before you even get to orlando downtown. from the beginning of 4 it would probably only take an hour at most.

The chairs do come flat packed in a box, so if i were you i would buy them in the sale and just keep them boxed until your move (checking of course that all the pieces were there first). Make note that the ad does say while supplies last for each item. I would go early, bec last time i went to one of the sales they were giving out tickets for the items and by the time i wandered around to get them, most of the colors were gone.

Ikea is having another one of their in-store only special sales events, some great deals to be had, and and a free small breakfast and coffee to boot! i also had a good experience with them a few years ago, i ordered a sprint cell from them. I was worried about glitches , but the phone shipped quickly and was fully activated when i got it. No problems at all. I never recieved any other unsolicited stuff from them in the future either.

They just bet on the fact that most of us are not going to fight over prices and policies when there are 12 people standing in line behind us watching in angst. I know so few people who will actually try to price match-because its a hassle, and i would rather drive to the other store in the first place.

weve done this for the past few years, its quite nice for the kids to have something to do. I will advise that in our area, at least -the local day care places bring their kids and it can fill up quickly! we started making sure we got there at least 30 min prior and be prepared to see either movie (they usually show 2 per day at regal). Its a good way to spend a morning in hot florida...

absolutly get a second opinion. how many times have we all gotten totally different opinions from mechanics that work on your car? Ask your neighbors who they use, call the manufacturer of the unit. My father called the manf, and they not only recommended someone local, but he got a great discount for sticking with the same company.

Tonight at My superT found some random good deals... Mens suit jackets 14 something.. down from 49.99? they were? i saw black but YMMV Mens ultimate polos on a clearance shelf 3.74 mainly larger sizes, xl, xxl... Mens flat front merona khakis, with stain guard and some other feature i cant remember right now...2.49 for one pair i found in like a greenish khaki, other colors like black and tan were 9.48 or something similar, about 50% off. Again mainly larger sizes..40,42. In the car maintenance section i saw an end cap of those plug in coolers/warmers for the car for 15.48 the brands were rubbermaid and the other slipped my mind...i believe they were 39.99 reg price. they looked nice, with an armrest top. in the furn section bar height wooden stools, nice, all wood medium stained 41 dollars each 3 peice kitchen table set in box 160 down from 229? nice all wood. I believe the bar height set was also the same price. there were two different stains to choose from.

that is awful..i cant imagine how upset it would be. It really makes me realize why stores like target have to have such nasty return policys in the first place. Not saying that wouldve had any effect on this situation, but its astounding how many dishonest people make a mint defrauding companies with returns. I would probably call the corporate office anyway, see what they say-if they cant accept the return i would want them to know. I wonder if there is any way to find out the info on the person who returned it, via barcode or store returns data. I know they do keep information in the system for a certain amount of time (like if you want to do a reciept lookup they can do that, i wonder if they have the capability to track returns...) who knows.

they were 29 something at some walmarts, which is where i picked up mine. They dont offer the 20 dollar coup anymore, but as of like last week there was a 10 dollar off one on the site. If its not still on the leapfrog site, i would say even the 30 bucks is worth buying it-my 6year old is quite happy with it. there are also 5 dollar off game coups online and in the sunday paper a few weeks ago. I bought the system sans an extra game, and that night i checked ebay and found used games for around 8 dollars. Im going to check ebgames too, to see if theyve got any games. I have heard that price is not available at all stores, and so its possible the deal wont be avail. I would suggest waiting for a coup, seems like they keep posting good ones.

i second the burlington. i usually buy my sons suits there every year and they have great brands. It can be hard to find a suit in the "off seasons", thats why i shop burlington, but since its after easter right now i know they had them in target, they might be in the sale now.

in my opinion you should probably get a guitar thats going to last, a cheapy might be all you can afford, but try setting a price limit and get the best one you can for that price, instead of a cheapo no name. Fender has good long lasting bass guitars. The thing about buying a cheapy in general is the sound could be off, or it might need tuning all the time. that can be a hassle especially when learning and you dont have an ear for tuning yet. We often shop pawn shops for musical instruments, you can get some great deals especially right now. Dont forget to visit your local small music shop, talk with the guys there and they could probably point you in the right direction. Our local store always has ads for people selling equipt. If he stops playing at least you could resell a quality piece.

personally i am not too picky about pillows, but i tried the curved memory foam tempurpedic style, and i felt it was just too-low to the bed if you know what i mean, like it didnt give my neck enough support to begin with when i slept on my side.it is only comfortable if i put a standard pillow underneath it-kind of defeats the purpose. I stopped paying tons of money for pillows a while ago. Right now im actually using a Canopy fiber filled pillow from Walmart, just happened to see it and the price was right (about 11 dollars!) i dont expect it to last forever, but it is nice and soft and not too overfilled so it has a bit of a down feather feel to it. I also routinely buy my pillows from Marhalls, TJ maxx, ross, whatever discount store youve got in your area. Ive gotten awesome deals on Ralph lauren, Serta. They always are great quality. If you are set on shopping online i would buy from overstock.com. they have tons of reviews for all the bedding stuff, and if you arent happy the returns are easy. With the 2 dollar shipping you cant go wrong. Obviously if you invest in Down feather pillows they will last forever all they need is fluffing up every now and then.

i was wondering the same thing aboutthe didj when i went to buy it all the games were more expensive than the system and the comment earlier aboutthe walmarts not getting many replentishments on those products. i didnt buy a game at the time, but i did check ebay, and ive seen every game they make is pretty much available on there for half off or more. I generally buy the used games anyway, so as long as i am seeing them for sale second hand, i think the 20 bucks i paid for the didj was worth it.

Im sorry to say for most of us, target clearance will not be the same for some time.. I have a family member that works at ST. basically what she told me is that it depends on the store as far as the holiday clearance. Based on past sales and total volume they get so much stock..then they do have some leeway as far as what to put out as far as holiday, and when. In her store she said they replentished until friday and saturday evening she said it was as busy as black friday, the store was completely decimated. I think the clearance was so shoddy because everyone was waiting until saturday to shop hoping to find early clearance etc. then they just bought up everything at once. Obviously stores are hurting, they want to sell things at a higher price, rather than clearance-thus they are not overstocking stuff, and when its gone its gone. It makes buisness sense to sell at the regular price with less stock to begin with-in this economy more people are waiting for sales, meaning stores just stock less of an item (if there are 2 shirts on a shelf we are more likely to buy reg price, than try to wait for the item to go on sale). we are seeing barer shelves in general, longer times between mark-downs, and less stock of each item. what i am saying is obviously not true for every store-but a general rule as far as ive been told. i am by no means an expert, but ive gotten a littttle inside info. My local walmart had two huge aisles stuffed with easter, in contrast. and it was 50% still. that was tuesday.

Target is def closed today..my MIL works at superT and they are closed.The flyer online says easter will be 50% on monday...

thats a craxy price..is there something going on that weekend? Delta has some flights from 249, but there are layovers. I might suggest you try checking seperate legs of the trip..like fly to one place and change planes to another airline might be cheaper. the cheapest i found was priceline.com..but i only looked for a minute.

I agree with the other posters to get the rechargeable. I had an old wall charger lying around from some generic walmart rechargable batteries, and it works perfect to recharge the energizer green ones. If money is on your mind i would suggest just getting a generic charger and the brand name batteries. I am scared of buying one of those wii remote bases incase it does overheat or ruin the remotes. This way ive just got to change the batteries, not worrying about replacing expensive remotes too.

is it 39 or 59? cause thats what i am seeing.
