My daughter is getting Emoji novelty items. So far I have a pillow, a note pad and a small journal. Yesterday I ordered both kids a My Pillow. They were QVC's daily special yesterday. That's all....but it is a start!!

Most Black Friday specials at WalMart are "While Supply Last". My WalMart some BF specials 'Last' a few weeks....some times right up to Christmas. I noticed this year they had LOTS of movies a week after BF.

My favorite thing about Black Friday is finding that one special DEAL. I never know what that may be when I start out. Most the times it is something I had not plan on buying!

I know absolutely nothing about tablets. So, please, help me out. I know you need access to the internet to load apps and to live stream. Do you have to have a data plan..like with a smartphone...or do you access the internet through wifi? Once apps have been loaded, do you need access to the internet to use them? One kid wants an iPod, one wants an iPad....ages 9 & 7. They only want them for playing games, music and reading. I'm thinking about getting both a tablet which will cost less...maybe Kindle Fire??? We do not have wifi or router at home for them to access internet. I have a Kindle Touch 3G, but we don't have AT&T service so I have to go to a public hotspot or download books from my husband's computer which is installed with Verizon interent card. Would it be a big waste of money to buy a tablet for them now? Sometime next year hubby is hoping to upgrade to a smartphone with a hotspot. Thanks fo any insight/help!!!

I've received the TRU and Walmart in the Sunday paper on 10/30 and the Target and Kmart in the Sunday paper this past Sunday. I would guess they'd be available in the stores.

This is on my shopping list. I'm picking one up for my almost 6 yr old DD. She loves to cook and bake. I'm hoping this will satisfy her desire to bake in the real oven until she is a little bit older. I will buy it at TRU next week. I can't imagine it going much lower on BF. But if it does, I will consider (TRU is an hr's drive from us) doing the return.

Ohhh.....to pick one thing.....hmmm..... I like getting a great deal on that special present....I like people watching....I like that it's my official start to my favorite time of the year!!!!

My kids always get a toothbrush in their stocking....even their first stocking. Everything else I can remember has been mentioned.
