For being a long time limited brands employee, I can tell you right off the bat she can be fired on the spot! Especially if you called Loss Prevention!!! They would interview her, if she was a manager & was holding sale products for a friend, that's internal stealing which is NOT tolerated! Also since you saw the price ring up & she changed it to be higher, she can't PA no matter what (unless it's to make it lower). I'm glad you called corporate hotlines! SA like that should be fired for cheating a customer & not giving good customer service. I can see the district manager chewing her OUT when they get word of this.

The secret santa rewards card is free after you spend $10 in November, so if you wanted to, you could've split $50 worth of purchases into 5 transactions & get 5 cards. I'm not sure if we're still giving them out but it's only valid in December. I've had so many people show up December 1st just to know how much is on their card.

I have work at 10a at VS and that's basically peak hour for all the customers to show up so I went to the mall when it opened & surprisingly I was the 1st customer at BBW, I casually took my time and was able to find the $3 lambies, $5 aloe socks, I even casually took my time browsing the scented wallplugs. The $15 tote after you spend $40+ was a great deal!! The tote has so many items, can you say "stocking stuffers!!" I then hit VS, thank god for associate discounts! We get 50% off giftsets! Overall, I got all my shopping done and I'm VERY pleased.

All Limited Brand Companys (VS, BBW & White Barn) are required to accept any print-out coupons as long as they're valid. It's always one coupon per purchase unless you want to do 2 separate transactions. Usually customers bring out 3+ coupons @ my store to try to get everything free, it only gets annoying when the fine print says "coupons cannot be combined with any discounts or other coupons" and customers throw a fit because of it, it's like the free cotton panty coupon for VS where it says "black, white, nude, ivory or whisper pink" and they get something blue with orange polka dots.

I haven't seen the free tote yet in my store, usually they send it around now-ish but because of the high volume of customers that spend for the free tote, when the store sells out, Pink has a $10 tote w/ any pink purchase. I'd have to check our marketing for beauty sales and markdowns, but for now not even my managers know the specials, keeps the anticipation I guess.

I would have to say it's the reputation of being the biggest selling day. There's AMAZING deals and knowing its only "while supplies last" has people putting in effort of waiting in line.

Victoria's Secret. White Barn Candle Co & Bath & Body works open @ 5 even the ones in malls. So I would guess the mall opens at 5?
