My first real black Friday with my boyfriend was last year. He had not experienced one and he loves to shop as much as I do. We spent the night at Walmart... pilling our cart full of stuff. We made Black Friday friends with strangers and hunted out the best of the stuff. We ended up shopping for 24 hours straight! We came home with a trunk full of stuff and had a great time. We are looking forward to this black friday too.

I found the last one at a target by my work today. Picked it up for a Christmas gift for BF son. I was super excited. The target that he stopped at on the way home for work still had them at 129.00.

I have an iphone and I could not do the hallmark one either. I got a regular invite.

Finally after some sleep I can share: Walmart : got there at 11 pm, store doors opened at midnight. Everything but computer and TV you could put in your cart and wait. There I got 2 rubbermaids 2 kitchen aid mixers 7 jeans 2 coats 13 DVD 1 camera 1 toy for newphew Target: digital fram BBW VIP bag and other fun stuff :) Lowes Tree and christmas stuff Coach outlet Purse Walet wristlet and a bunch of other stuff. mostly clothes Overall... Great time. Shoped for 20.5 hours and was exhusted

Really? that is odd. Brooklyn was open at 7 am and so was the one on Vine street. Strongsville was open too. I know for Brooklyn was not closing, however I didn't go to Medina today, however that is actually the store that I will be shopping at tonight/tommorow. When I was there getting the 298 laptop the store manager let me know that he was going to open at midnight. I guess that he is actually happy because of all the constrution there. He mentioned to me that he was going to have you be able to stand next to the stuff that you wanted. I dunno.. hopefully we will be able to put our goodies in our carts. See ya there

swag, I live very close to you. All Division 1 Walmarts ( non supercenters) opened today at 7 am. I went to check it out already. Nothing good happening yet. Anyway, They will be staying open from now until Christmas Eve. I was at Walmart last night and talked to the manager while I was getting salt for the driveway, and he stated that corporate surprised this on them. He was pulling out pallets from every "orifice" in the building. When I went back at 7 am this morning, ( to see if they had any specials for Thanksgiving) he was still there working his tail off pulling out pallet after pallet. :)

I went in for the wii games. There were only a couple left. I have to say, people were going crazy for the Wii's and the Guiter hero's. I was in and out of the electric section in minutes thank goodness. We got our Wii in Sept. and have been building our collection since then.

Good luck! I will not be going to Best Buy. I have a hard time standing in line for a maybe deal, so I am going to go to Walmart and some of the smaller shops that I am interested in. I got the 298 laptop deal from walmart.

well, maybe it worked out for the best taz. Maybe there will not be any secret deals this year anyway. Why not go back at 1 am and see if anyone else is there. You just may get the deal you want anyway.

I just finished scanning mine. Mine was missing the best buy ad and the sears ad !!! I am not happy about this. I went to a gas station by my house that I can't stand the cashier. I should have known better and went someplace else. Now I am going to have to buy another one in a little bit to have the sears and best buy ad in hand

I think that I will be getting there at midnight to be sure that I get the things that I want. :)

it makes sense. Did anyone really buy those are primary gifts for anyone? Why would you not spend a few more dollars and buy bath and body works.

From past experiences the doorbusters that are being referred to are usually put online the week of Thanksgiving. Best Buy did this last year. I was at Sears this morning scanning items and I was talking to the sales people. They also think that Sears is going to ad some items online this year because they are hurting so badly. We will see.
