Instead of the carousel, we found a stand with storage at Bed Bath and Beyond. The brewer sits on top and a tray sides out to store your kcups. Not much more counter space but a lot more storage.

You could try moving her to her own bed. See if you could put it in your room at first and then move to another room if possible. If she has her own bed like a "big" girl, she wont feel you move or leave once she is asleep.
