    Peppermint Brittle

    Prep Time: 5 Minutes

    Cook Time: 5 Minutes

Ready In: 1 Hour 10 Minutes

    Servings: 36

"Peppermint candies are crushed and then stirred into melted white chocolate. The mixture is spread into a pan, and allowed to chill until hardened."

    Ingredients:

    2 pounds white chocolate

    30 small peppermint candy canes

    Directions:

    1. Line a large jellyroll pan with heavy-duty foil.

    2. Place white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in microwave on medium setting for 5 to 6 minutes. Stir occasionally, until chocolate is melted and smooth.

    3. Place candy canes in a plastic bag, or between two pieces of waxed paper. Using a mallet or rolling pin, break the candy canes into chunks. Stir peppermint into melted white chocolate. Spread evenly in pan, and chill until set, about 1 hour. Break into pieces by slamming pan on counter.

  3. Photo Number 1

Hang in there, it’s Tuesday already, Friday will be here before we know it!

    Photo Number 2

Come on guys we have to grin and bear it, just remember it’s five o’clock somewhere.

    Photo Number 3

There’s no place like home, there’s no place like home, there’s no place like home…come on don’t make me break out the ruby red slippers with all of these crazy shoppers around…

  4. I have been watching the BF ads for the past few years for a gps and was never impressed by the specials. About a month ago I got a Garmin Nuvi at HHGreg for 99 with .lifetime map updates and I love it so far. So I think under 100 is definently do able but I'd start looking now and not hold out for BF necessarily.
  5. When you clicked on the link above did the items come up? I am getting a blank screen at the Target website. Thanks for attaching the picture! :yup: I am hoping this is a correct door buster list I am in the market for a tv and the options are looking pretty good.
  6. After reviewing twice I found 5 maybe items. Definitely worth a shot online but I won't be putting the store on my list of places to be early AM. Maybe drop by later in the day and try my luck:)

That's what I was thinking. I am just worried about the Big One Fleece over sized Plush throws being gone...I LOVE them!!

  7. After my initial hatred of the ad I set down was still able to find 21 items that at least semi interested me to maybe go get. I will def. be watching their sales up until then though because I think some of the prices will be matched or beat...
