...great ideas everybosy....BTW, Hubby wants to put in his 2 cents worth...he'd go to Best Buy, get oneof those HUGE carts out of the backroom and work his way from one end of electronics, stacking the cart with as much as possible.......after all EVERYONE should have "toys" for christmas right?!?

....my choice is non-flashing but hubby likes flashing....we used to have them flash but I changed all the lights last Christmas and now they are non-flashing....he hasn't mentioned it and I won't either

....can you post a picture of the items (from a book or something) I craft a lot and may have some ideas for you but since I have 2 boys and NO girls I am a bit on the lost side here!

...I always have generic gifts ready for anyone who gives us one unexpectedly....I wrap these and place them in a basket...they work great plus they are pretty because I use sparkly foils and such for paper....(I always make sure they are gifts I can then give at other times of the year or thing I want myself...that way it isn't $ wasted if I don't give away all of them!)

...this is a "ficticious" shopping spree ala Lucy and Ethyl....what would you do? I would hit DILLARDS or JCP and spend the whole time grabbing all the boys clothing I can!...my boys grow out of stuff so fast they don't even wear it out!......I need all the bargains I can get!!!

....decorations wise I mean! ...or do you use something else to make the window festive!?! Some years I have used icicle lights and garland but this year I'm going to use these darling over sized snowflakes that light up (got them on a 75% off sale last year! ) We have an out of the way street but people DO come to check out lights....I'd hate to be theonly "Scrooge" on the block!

...if you're gonna buy collect coupons now I heard they are NOT giving out coupons the week of THANKSGIVING......I've got a few "freebie" coupons and some extra " get $10 off" ones...will make multiple purchases and save a bundle

as do I....my opinion is these people are simply a bit on the "uppity" side... (unless they do have an anxiety disorder which makes it hard to deal the crowds) I have talked to a lot of women too that "can't be bothered"...well, I CAN and I think by the posts on this site...there are more of US out there than THEM

...we usually either give Batha nd Bodyworks anti-bacterial assorments OR gift certs to TARGET or BARNES & NOBLE .......either one work well although I have others have had great experiences with STARBUCKS gift cards

buy your kiddos jeans at SEARS, save the receipts and if they destroy them before they grow out of them, SEARS with replace them free of charge.....at least I think that policy is still in place...check, it saved me big bucks with my first son!

it sounds good but they won'[t do it...after all they might lose a sale and isn't that what black friday is all about in the first place!?!
