Suggestions for a mid-ish level gaming laptop? I’ve been eyeing the $599 HP from Walmart, but I’m honestly out of my league here. My 11 year old son plays a lot of Steam games, and his current all in one with integrated graphics just isn’t cutting it.

Last year waiting in front of Menard's, (for six hours) it was in the teens and the wind chill had the temp well below zero. We had multiple layers (my friend even ran back to walmart for fleece pajama pants and put those over her clothes), and sleeping bags. This year might not have us camping out, since the ads are a bit on the lackluster side for what we're looking for. We're in Beaver Dam, WI, by the way.

I used to sit down with my family and enjoy a nice Thanksgiving meal, take a nap, and hit the stores around 2 am. The last couple of years, I've eaten one of those weird turkey lavash rollup things from the deli instead.

I got my DS (6) one last year on BF at Walmart. I love, love it for its capabilities, but the charging plug has known issues. Just had to send his in for replacement because the charging port pin broke with CAREFUL use (only adults have ever plugged it in, etc). The nice thing is that I'm 10 months out from purchasing it and lost my receipt, but they never even asked for it...just sent me a return auth number to have it replaced. Customer service is excellent!

I'm a little worried about how many Nabi's they'll have in stock. What are the odds I'll have time to grab an Xbox game from the front of the grocery department and make it back to Electronics before the Nabi's are gone?

I could have had all of the ads this year if WalMart hadn't sent private security to oversee the ad printing at the facility. Jerks.

This is one of my favorite ads...I hate how it never comes out early.

Really impressed with security this year - my sister-in-law works at the company that prints many of the ads - they had extra hired security staff to ensure no ads were snuck out of the plant - security left last night at Midnight when the Walmart ad was released, though!

My advice is to possibly check your ad again - my ad had much higher prices than were listed in the scan here - I called the corporate number and asked why - the Nabi 2 tablet was listed at $124 in this scan and was $199 in my local ad, which is retail price. They took my local store's zip code and said they'd check into it and call me back...they never called back, but the ad was corrected in about 20 minutes. Hope the same happens for you!

This one is easy! I would grab the Apex 46" Widescreen 1080p LCD HDTV from Target for $449.00. We have an ancient television that we can't figure out how to replace the bulbs in, so there are ghostly streaks on the screen while we're watching Ghost Hunters (and anything else!)

Funniest and worst experience ever was my first Black Friday experience. There were about 100 people in line at ShopKo...I was in the first 10. About 15 minutes before opening, a man in a wheelchair rolled up and asked if we minded if he went first so he could get in and out of the way. We agreed, and he parked right in front of the doors. When they opened, he jumped up and ran - and left his wheelchair blocking the doors! It was hysterically funny and horrible all at the same time - I thought he was going to get pummeled!

I was 36 weeks pregnant on BF a few years back, and the people around me in line were amazing! I went by myself, and there were people in every line that held my spot so I could run to the gas station for potty breaks! There was a sweet little old lady who dived into a pile of DVD's and threw out the ones I wanted for me... That's the reason I love BF - for every person you see in a bad mood, you can find 10 more in a great one if you look hard enough!
