The worst part (for me) about this company is I can not get them to respond to my e-mails or phone calls. Believe me, my messages started out nice, just simply questioning the timeline but now, they are a little "less nice". I have asked for a refund for my last purchase and still have not received one or a message back. I can't do business with a company like this. I looked them up on the Better Business Bureau website (which they are rated as unfavorable) and it states they have 4 employees, so obviously this is a very small operation. They had the phone number listed for the president (which I called and was disconnected). I feel a very high level of frustration! Jen

I don't want to discourage anybody from buying this, but it is a real possibility you won't have this in time for your holiday party. It takes a very long time (in my experience with all 3 items I have purchased from them) to get them to ship an item. For example, I placed an order on October 2nd and it has not been shipped yet (confirmation e-mail states you will receive package no later than 2 weeks). So, just something to think about.. Jen

A little OT but I am ignorant about the DS. I bought these for my children a few months ago so I do have them but just haven't figured them out yet. Are there any games that come with it or what can you do without the games, anything? I'm just trying to figure out what games I should get them. Thanks

Reading all these posts really puts me in the holiday spirit! I love hearing everyone else's traditions. My husband and I do the shopping each year together... we have a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner with my family and the kids stay with Grandma overnight. We come home from dinner and look at the sale ads AGAIN for the 100th time and make a game plan. We'll probably have a beer or 2 in the process since the kids aren't home and have a nice evening together. Maybe sleep a few hours and then up in the wee morning (dark morning that is) and off to Kohls. That is usually our first stop and we're out of there in less than 1/2 hour. This is my absolute favorite time of the year!! Jen

I would be tempted but I ordered the hodge podge box and haven't heard anything yet. I have e-mailed the company 3 times asking the status and nobody returns my e-mail. Don't want to take a chance on this one... Jen

I have to agree. I just could not imagine bringing my 2 small children. Although, I think it's acceptable to bring older children, that's just my opinion. I think it is dangerous as people run through the stores and children are little. Sometimes when people have something in sight, they just keep their "eye on the prize" and will trample whatever is in their way to get there. I have seen it and I don't live in a big town. I also do not agree that "It doesn't matter the weather". I think it certainly does. Frostbite is certainly an issue and seriously, how comfortable can it be for the babies or young children? If your child is whining, why would you make them stand out in the cold? Do you think there may be a reason they are whining? That would be my thought..

I am waiting for 2 Visa gift cards from Kohls. I mailed them in (they were from the DVD players) on Nov 26th and haven't heard anything yet!

I placed my order this morning with the 3 day express shipping. After the order went through (of course, AFTER), it states that it won't arrive until 12/26 ! I was pretty sure it would be on Monday the 24th. Does anybody have experience where it is delivered quicker than the estimated date? Thanks
