V-Day 90% off here also Got a cart FULL of stuff and only spent $30! Lots of tissue paper, wrapping paper, candy, and so much more. Got some great stuff for my DS Easter basket and B-Day party favors. I usually get the best party favors with the Easter sales though. I also picked up some Elmo invitations and wrapping paper at 30% off. I am hoping the rest go 50% soon. I also got a Large Listerine with free sample for 50% off and windex for 50%. I have been scanning these forever and was so happy to finally see them go down!

Does anyone know if the Dysons have gone down any more? Our store has one floor model left and it is on an endcap with a red sticker on it. I would love to get one but I cannot afford to pay a lot.

I am so glad it worked out! Now I would go back in and find as many mis-matched signs and misplaced items and take photos and take them up to that same cashier and do the same thing all over again. Oops, sorrry, the devil came out for a sec!

Did you notice if Elmo party stuff was on sale? I am having an Elmo party in April. I know that there was a lot of cute Elmo stuff in the $1 Spot that I am eyeing! :)

Your right, they cannot disciminate against appearance. However, companies ARE allowed to have a dress code which can include: Only allowing an employee to wear one set of earrings, tattoos covered up ect... Once again, I personally dont have a problem with it. I just know from experience that employers Can and Will require a dress code that an employee must abide by. If someone goes in to apply for a job all pierced up and the employee does not hire them based on that, then that is discrimination. If an employee gets the job and does not abide by the complanies dress code, then that is their problem for applying for a job that requires a certain dress code, not the companys problem. That was the point I was trying to make.

I dont think she is overreacting at all. If she did nothing and just let it go, no telling how many other customers are being treated this way. Like she said, it is not the money it is the principle of it. This employee should be repremanded and should at least be under the watchful eye of their employer. If it werent for customers making light of employees behavior then customers would be mistreated all of the time. I am all for calling cooperate and making a fuss over it. For my own sake! I would hate to be treated that way for ANY reason. As far as the dog comment, I dont own one and not going there.

By the way, when I have a problem with someone and they say they are a Manager, I always as for their Manager. More than likely there are several levels of managment and other than the GM, every manager has a manager.

That is terrible! Please keep us posted! As for the piercing comment. I have worked in retail and most companies require minimal piercings. I know from experience that a lot of employees will disreguard that and wear them when they know that they will not get reprimanded. I honestly thought that Target was a lot higher class then Wal-Mart and took more pride in appearance and professional attire ect... I dont have a problem with piercings, but I dont think that they are appropriate when you work in retail or most customer service oriented businesses. I really cannot believe the attitude she gave you. She should def be reported.

Oh my, I saw those in the toys also and decided not to scan it. Wish I had. My DS loves to draw on these. Guess I will check again!

I am right there with you girl!!! My DH is the same way. Totally does not understand. When birthday time rolls around and our DS can have wonderful gifts at 75% off retail, he will see the method to my madness. I am stocked for Christmas too! The only thing is that I AM stocked up but cannot pass up a 75% off deal that my DS will eventually like! I think I have stuff already for his 3rd and 4th birthdays

I had received some defective diapers in a box recently so I just e-mailed them about it. Next thing I knew I had 2 coupons for FREE diapers and several $1 off coupons from them. Definately made up for the defective ones!

Just got back from Target. V-Day 75% off. Picked up several bags of Chocolates for $0.79 Several bags of candy hearts $0.79 Starbucks Gift Set $3.xx Honey Bunches of Oats $0.49 after $2 coupon Super Mega Pack of Huggies FREE (had a coupon for a free Mega pack but they only had Super Mega and she let me use it!) Also, there was a Dyson display clearanced. It still has the 15% sticker price on it so if someone near here wants it, I am sure it has gone 50% plus you can ask for an extra %.

I picked up a BUNCH of dollar spot today for 75% off. Lots of great stuff for the easter basket :) I also found a teddy bear that you can draw on, not sure what it was called for $3.xx (75% off). I am out of town and Had to hit the local Target! I think I have a problem. My husband says I am a Target Addict and I need to get some counseling! :)

I found it on the endcap in the sports section near the bikes. I have never actually seen this in the store before, so I am thinking that they dont typically carry this in our store and this must have ben an internet return. You never know what kind of internet returns you will find :) By the way, for those of you that missed the Target 75% toy sale, I found a bunch of toys at K-Mart for 75% off. I picked up an "I Can Play Guitar" for $20!!!

No, I have not tried it yet. I did read the reviews but for $17.xx, I will make it work. It is for my 21 month old and will be a great addition to birthday parties or playdates.
