There were also toys at 50% off - Mr Potato Head big pack and a generic brand Nerf-like Tommy gun. The bulk packs of Quaker Oatmeal were 30% (great deal if you have coupns) and the Del Monte fruit cup mutipacks were 30% off.

No go on toy markdowns in my area... the markdown team was doing bedding and lingerie today. A ton of bedding and linens went 50% off. It was the MALM dresser that was on sale - not sure it is now. I think that was a daily deal. We went and bought the larger MALM dresser last week and LOVE it. Very easy to assemble and well made. Better quality than we expected.

My store was putting out Halloween in full force today - so surely the school stuff will get marked down SOON. I really need new lunch bags and thermos's for the kiddos. I did see a bunch of kiddie inflatable pools 75% and life jackets in toddler sizes.

They were just starting to mark the BTS 30% off at my store today.

I saw the Green Giant stir fry kits on clearance for $1.48 in the freezer section this morning and there were $.50 coupons in yesterdays paper - good deal!

My kiddos are 9, 6, and 4 and they all love the DSi. The photo editing feature is really cool. They thought that was a hoot :)

Well then I'll start checking Tuesday :) My store still had a bunch of stuff left. We never got the couchs or anything though - just a couple tables and smaller furniture items.

Does anyone know if they are running the Monster Sale in stores for the holiday weekend?? I was just there yesterday and forgot to ask.

I spoke to a store manager and she said the Global Bazaar was not on her list of markdowns for this week - she expects it to go down next week probably Weds or Thurs. Hopefully she's right cause I'll be there!

I used a $30 and a $10 reward certificate together a few days ago. The lady checking me out was a manager and she said she didn't think I could use them together, but the register took them so she let me. And PP who asked about the My First LeapPads.... good luck!! I haven't seen them anywhere in a long time other than the Rainbow Fish bonus sets TRU had before Christmas. They were $20ish and sold fast. Maybe try Ebay.

No 75% off yet here in WV - they hadn't even touched anything in the toys since last week. They were marking down in Kitchenwares though and I scored a $150 Panasonic stainless steel microwave for $37.48 :) They had a few of those. I really don't think they're gonna go 75% off tomorrow - my store today had just started clearing all the aisles - removing and marking clearance toys and resetting for the spring toys. They were marking 30% and 50% off - mostly 30%. HOWEVER my old receipts do say Jan 9th.

I was in there over the weekend and they had marked down alot of things. I'm hoping they have an extra % off clearance sometime soon - then I'll go load up.

I asked a clerk a few days ago when their last day was and she said Feb 5th. I wonder what they'll do with their online stores?
