ok I am doing this, but I may want some other things.... so, is there a way to pull up all 5.00 magazine subscriptions easily. I put in 5.00 and can't seem to do it... do I need to type in quotes

I didn't get this movie, as I don't think my kids would like it, but I am sure alot of gottadealers did a preorder online through target, amazon and walmart for just 9.99 about a week ago. I wonder if you might even still be able to do that tonight... Is there any reason they cannot use online receipt for a rebate? I never sent for a rebate when I ordered anything online.... If they can get this rebate, they'll be very happy.. :) EDIT< oh rats, the 9.99 deal was not for blu-ray -sorry...

You know I was going back and forth in my mind, because the monthly fee, isn't very cheap...if I get the lowest $ 16 x 12 months...that is $192....if I buy him 4 games a year (2 for Christmas, 1 for birthday, 1 for good report card) and they are for PS3 It'll likely be $160-180-ish right there..and he will only be playing those 4 games. Some excellent features about signing up: 1-if son rents this game and HATES it, I am not out the 30, 40, 50+ dollars that I would be if we bought it just membership fees... 2-something new all the time to keep him interested. . . 3-he will likely see that all the games aren't "so hot" and I think he will not ask for many games... he has a very discriminating taste. . he won't ask for something unless he REALLY likes it...so it is possible I will have LESS games/less belongings cluttering up the house. . . 4-everyone says their used prices are reasonable and good condition :) so if he "HAS" to have it after playing it, it should be easier on the wallet...

Wow that is a great idea!! And I do think she has a super attitude :) and I hope you can still enjoy your holiday very much. I am sure it must be hard. Could you actually "run away" for Xmas.... like to a resort or hotel for 1 night? Put a JINGLE in those new stockings?

Maybe use like a TAKE-YOU-Back Theme... It may sound a little "corny" but for some of the couples/families you know best......could you compile a CD of their own family favorites? This will probably be pretty cheap, depending on what songs you have on computer/what cd's you own.. -like xmas song you heard when your sister/brother FELL off of Santas lap and hit her head... -the couples wedding song -song your mom always sang around the house... -song that was playing when you and she celebrated (legally with a drink) your 21st b-day -popular song the year when her 1st baby was born -silly song that your nephew sings whenever you drive him anywhere...etc... I know most people have MP3 players, but maybe she could pop this in her car and I think It'd be pretty special....I know I'd like one. Since this would be a memory-type gift, I'd definitely DIG up a few old pictures, of you and her/him if you aren't real crafty, just make a small album of 5-8 pics and tie with lacy ribbon..even get one with the kids in it (which actually wouldn't be that old, but make it sepia/ or b & w and make it look aged..). And then if you could maybe buy "classic" or nostalia (not sure of word I need) version of her favorite game as a child... I think I have seen Scrabble, or monopoly in old old looking editions....and if they are too much $ maybe just a new one of her favorite (hers may actually be warn out...) maybe I'll think of something else to go with later..

Will they get a special edition holiday smiley sticker if they come back early sorry just sounds funny.....

Well things have been at a standstill here. : I did some grocery shopping, a little bit of present shopping...a ton of laundry...but no inside decorating and time is ticking away. Was planning on doing the tree in gameroom first, it is smaller and where my kids are alot and so I thought that'd be nice for them.....but we have a household issue going on in that area that needs taken care of before I do the tree **sigh** I have the boxes and everything down from attic and ready but can't do it. Nothing down from attic for upstairs because I hate to bring all things down at once, too much clutter. So just a teeny bit annoyed at my situation...that is why I am on gottadeal, reading about deals and posting and ignoring my situation...
