My Sears opens at 5am that morning, so DH and I will be in line at 3:30am.

We have a set limit each year. This year it's $300.

ZERO BOXES!!! After tiring of spending so much on shipping ($100+ each year) gifts that extended family didn't use, we decided to tell them all to donate to charity in our name and we'll do that as well. It's been the best XMas ever and it's not even Thanksgiving yet! We've really taken the season back to what it should be: about spending time with family and friends, and doing charitable deeds.

I love this place! Great ideas, guys. Well...except for maybe the Hot Wheels. DH grew out of those when he was ten.
