Everytime I've bought dry erase markers at the dollar tree, they've been dried out, so you might want to check them out before you send them to school.

Check out target for the 8 x 8 books. I can't remember for sure, but I think they have them for $22.99 for the month of July.
Also, Captain D's is doing a promotion all of July where if you eat there 3 times (at least $6 each time), you can get a free book thru shutterfly. It says on Captain D's web site that the codes will be on your receipt, but they have not been on at mine, and I've had to ask for them. They gave me a business card that had the code on them.

I went back to Target today and they had 4 packs in the size I needed. I took the coupon to the register and asked a customer service person who was near the register if they would take the coupon even though it was expired. I told her that I had been in several times and they were out of them. She scanned it to see if it would work and it did. They would only let me use one of the $3 off coupons per deal, but the diapers were marked down to $9.99, so I got 4 packs for $14.00. Not as good a deal as some of you were able to get, but still a good deal.

Our target has not had any of these for days. I tried to get the boxes, but she would only take $10.99 off the second one, and would only let me use one of the $3 off coupons, so it wasn't a very good deal. I talked to several managers and none of them could tell me anything about why they haven't had them. I'm going to save my coupon even though it expires today and see if they get any in. If they do, I'm going to ask the manager if they will honor the coupons since they were out of stock for so long. It can't hurt to ask. As I tell my husband, all they can do is say no. They can't eat you!

I went to Kroger today, and they have some of their General Mills cereals 3 for $5, and 3 for $6, and when you buy any 3, you get a free gallon of milk AND you get a coupon at the check out for another free gallon of milk and a $1.50 coupon off of 4 boxes of cereal. I plan to go back several times this week. It may vary from store to store. I am in the Atlanta Ga market.

I buy this in the packs for the largest dogs and then use one applicator to do all my pets. It is a lot cheaper than buying one box for each animal.

I have to say that I have never walked away from Red Lobster disappointed! I love their fried shrimp with the pina colada dipping sauce. I did notice the last time that we were there that their prices had gone up. It's still worth it to me for special occasions.

Thanks Madettica for the coupon link! Dr. Pepper's are a favorite at this house, and that is a great price. Even hubby is getting addicted to coupons after seeing how much we saved on all those luv's diapers with the coupons. And, it's a good excuse to go to Target. Hmmm... maybe I can find one of those thermoscan thermometers. . .

I just got from Target and the price team were in the bedding section. Electric blankets were 75%. Never used one of these , does any one like them. Maybe I should have grabbed one. They marked down lots of things, but nothing I needed. I did score a t-fal set for 19.xx. It rang up unfound but the lady
in the bedding section nice enough to look it up for me and give it a red sticker.I love my electric blanket! I haven't been able to use it this winter because I'm pregnant, and I have missed it on the really cold nights. I usually just turn it on and get the bed really warm, then turn it to low or turn it off when I go to bed, that way I don't get too hot during the night. If they're a good deal, you should get one.

thanks for that, but I meant the coupons you mention here. Are these for the BRU's diapers and do you know if it could work like the Target coupons. where we could use manf coupons along with their sale.

There's another thread called cheap diapers that discusses Target coupons. They have a $3 off a box of luvs that you can combine with the manufactor's coupon for $3 off a box of luvs for a total of $6 off. I think the price is $15.99, so you get a box for $9.99.
I got 25 luvs coupons off of ebay and bought my luvs at family dollar. They are on sale thru tomorrow for $7, and with the coupon, they are only $4 for a jumbo pack. My hubby, who I am teaching to be a bargain shopper, went thru them and found the ones that had 2 extra free diapers per pack!! It's only 2 extra, but with 25 packs, that's 50 extra diapers. He's learning!!

Great deal on these! I bought my kids the watch and clock that you make yourself and they love them. We put a picture of my 5 year old on his watch of him sliding into home plate, and his clock has a picture of him holding a catfish that he caught that is as long as he is tall. They are too cute!!
I'll have to check my Target for the book. With a new baby coming, it would be fun to let the kids make a book about her first few weeks at home! Thanks.
