  1. Hi, my name is Cindy. Married for 9 years, DD15 and DS 7 (both have birthdays right around Christmas :( )

    I am a Medical Assistant in a surgical practice.

    I did Black Friday once 15 years ago and had a terrible experience and never did it again. Always scouted out the deals on the internet while in my jammies on Friday morning.

    Then I found this site last year and actually got excited again about Black Friday and got out at 5am last year! Found a few good deals too!

    This year there is a possibility of having to work but I hope not. I am looking forward to finding some more great deals!

    This site is awesome all year round. I think I have been on almost everyday since joining!!

     

     

    Oh yeah, and I live in Indiana.

  3. Ours is broke where the pin holds the two sections together. It tore right out of the wood. Luckily the velcro still holds it together fine but I am still a little disappointed.

    However, to be fair...my daughter didn't know the pin was there and tried to force it closed when she thought the speakers weren't working. (It was only unplugged). The chair was for my son and he is disappointed too that it's broken but it's not unusable. I would just say to parents to show the kids how it folds so someone elses doesn't break too. It's really cheap wood. Luckily it was only $30.

  4. I ordered Christmas cards to be delivered to my local CVS. They still have not arrived and despite at least 20 email exchanges stating I do not want a credit - I want a refund, they issued me a credit. Has anyone ever gotten a refund from them or am I doomed to order something (that probably won't arrive either)?

    My suggestions: if you used a CC then use the CC company to dispute it. Let them do the legwork. If not then I would call Kodak (rather than email) and ask to speak to a supervisior or manager and let them know the credit is not going to work. You want a refund and that's it.

  5. I bought UB Funkeys several weeks ago and yes they price adjusted for me. I bought them on Saturday and the ad came out the next day so I went back. This was for a regular ad sale item though. It may be different on the clearance items though.
