It was yesterdays "super secret sale" good for in store only...SORRY!

My store is not 24hrs and it was already closed, I had bought the 60GB ALREADY...and was going to get the deal if it was a 80GB ....but they said it was for the 40GB with free Spiderman....GRRRR! Ah well! I've been told the 60GB is the best version out there for backwards compatibility..so I guess I'll just keep the one I have (BTW we buy MOST new release movies the DAY they come out so I am not sure what movies I'd get) AND I DID get my PS3 $100 off at Kmart with the 20% off coupon earlier this month so I cannot complain much !!

Thanks THAT is what I was reading on Best Buy, it didn't seem to make sense to me so I was unsure! THAT is important to us since my son has probally 200 PS and PS2 games!! THANKS!!!! You made my decision for me!! :)

Thanks guys. My walmart is closed! *they changed our 24hr one because they couldn't keep enough employee's to run it. I do have the order form to get the other free ones and will definitely get it sent in. So it really is just the 20GB difference. Don't you think that my son will be fine with the 60GB I know it really isn't the best DEAL... I forgot to add that I got the 60GB with the Kmart 20% coupon so I saved $100 and then got a kmart giftcard to use later But if I call and they have the 80GB I JUST MIGHT be exchanging them equal one for the other.... Thanks again for helping a clueless mom out!!! My son is only 9 and already has outgrown my video game knowledge!

Am I missing something? They are priced the SAME. I got the 60GB for my 9yr old because that is all the store had at the time. I KNEW I didn't want the 40GB that everyone was pushing because it was not backwards compatible according to the playstation website... So can anyone tell me the differences (besides the obvious 20GB) and why they are priced the same? Is the 60GB more compatible with PS2 games? (A review on Bestbuy.com lead me to believe that) Should I call and see if the store I bought it at has the 80GB and trade up? It will be used by my 9yr old and his friends for JUST gaming, maybe to watch the occasional Blu-Ray. I am clueless if you can't tell I HATE to dig it out from behind the Christmas Tree and unwrap it to take back but I WILL Thanks a ton to all the gamers out there!! By the way anyone have a review on the Black Friday Walmart Game rocker with speakers I got them too!?!?!

Can I ask why you decided to get the 40GB and get rid of your 60GB? Or was your store offering the 80GB? My store the offer was the new 40GB which is NOT backwards compatible with PS2 games... Thanks! (I got the 60gb because my Kmart didn't have the 80!)

The TRU's ARE expired I threw my 3 out today. I do have some Foot locker ones if anyone needs them....we don't wear those types of shoes :) I believe they are good through Dec 31

Yeah I'd like some help here too. I'd love to get them but have heard horror stories about them online before. I live in a small town and would be mortified if I got one of these for someone and they didn't work?? Any thoughts?

I can tell you I have left a buggy in line more than 5 times. IF I have been in line long enough for the ice cream I picked up the SECOND before I headed to the checkout is melting than I probally don't want any cold/frozen meats and foods that have thawed. Sadly in my small town I always end up back in one of the endless lines in a few days

Did anyone else get these that have TRIED them out? My husband is GONE for another 7 days and I picked 2 up today that had been returned to my store. I have no clue anything about them so I wanted to know if any Tech/gamers have tried them out? My boys have a PS3, gameboys, PS2, MP3's and Zunes... Any reviews are helpful!!I don't want horrible chairs under the tree on Christmas day! Thanks so much!

My walmart still literally has 200+ of the ones that were in their Black Friday ad...I am willing to bet the liquidate them cheaper later this week...I'm taking my chances! (So check there if you can they were $48-49.xx

I got mine shipped to the store and then I'll just pick it up for FREE:) Good job on that Laptop! We got 2 laptops lastyear (Toshiba) and although they've both had problems (LCD went out on one and DVD/CD burner died on other) Toshiba fixed them no questions asked and got them back to us VERY quicky. We use them HARD everyday so to me they've been a STEAL :) DO NOT EVER hesitate to call and have them fix something if it breaks!!!

You can STILL get the camera! I'm glad I ordered online this year too, I just wondered into my store and they still have TONS left I mean PALLETS AND PALLETS of the special things. The only thing officially GONE was the Game chairs and my store only got in 25! I am waiting for the Digital frame to go cheaper because my store literally had at LEAST 200 leftover!! TOYS TOYS TOYS Everyplace...I mean Pallets at each end of the store still packed HIGH! I'm hoping to get the Hippo and Littlest Pet shop cheaper later and take the ones I go today back for full refunds...It was almost eerie! I guess alot shopped online or just skipped the sales all together ...IT is SNOWING here in the desert and we are not used to that either, maybe that kept people in?!?!?!
