  1. I know this is discussed in another thread, but the price matching thing is a good tip for newbies. Look at the ads from other stores even if you hadn't planned on going there and then call the one that you are going to first to see if they price match. Take your ads with you!
  2. My son will be 20 in February and I am taking him with me this year. He is going to be the person I switch with to get warm in the car while I wait all night outside BB. And then he can go in the store and get the smaller things while I get my computer. :cheesy:
  3. Which would be the best for a five year old? I found a bundle package -pink GBA SP with two games (Dora Spy Adventure & Disney Princess) for 99.00. This is the first year she has asked for any "games" and I didn't know if she was ready or what to get!! :)

That sounds cheap. It seems like the ones I have seen are all $129 and up. I want one for myself!

  4. We have flex spending at work where you pay in so much out of every pay check and then when you have medical expenses that are not paid by insurance you send in the receipts and "draw" money off that account. Well, I just save all my receipts until November and then send them in. A week later I have a check.
  5. I bought quite a few things from the clearance aisles to start my Christmas shopping. The best deal so far was a remote control Jesse James skull riders motorcycle. Regular price was $50 marked down to $9. Couldn't pass that one up. Should have gotten a few for Toys for Tots too! :yup:
  6. I ususally do this at WM. I buy a few toys and whatnot that are really good deals and then I use the angel tree to donate them. Seems like I usually have to take the items home and wait for the tree to be put up?
  7. I have never waited in line for a doorbuster. I usually just go early in the morning and get some of the deals. I miss out on alot that way though. This year I want the desktop at BB, so from what I have been reading on these forums, I think I will need to be there by 8PM to 10PM the night before. I am going to plan to have someone sit with me that can take the chairs, hot cocoa thermos, etc to the car when I go in the store. Is that a good idea? How do you usually handle the gear that you would need to have? I don't think you could take them in the stores.
