I went to 3 psp's before I got one without a dead pixal. From what I red they envision used refurb LCD's thats why it's so cheap. Should of went for the samsung for 50 more. Much better quality IMO. I got one I love it.

This will probably be my last year I will do it only because the people there are just plain a-holes. This years deals weren't even THAT great to begin with. I arrived around 3pm to scout the bestbuy, and there was already 14 chairs..ALL EMPTY outside the bestbuy... I'm like okay maybe they went to get food or something. 3 hours later they show up and say they had placed their chairs there to save their spot. 1 lady said she had put her chair there Thanksgiving morning to save her spot. I told her she wasn't supposed to be doing it like that and she said she didn't care. Towards the end of the nite when tickets were about to be given out..massive amounts of people tried to cut the line. I ended up getting what I wanted, but its total insanity. Everyone was pushing and pulling and it really was a sad moment for just people. Yeah there are some deals but to be doing all that to just get a ticket..i mean come on. Then you had people getting tickets and selling them. 1 guy sold the toshiba ticket for 250 bucks!!! I couldn't believe that someone would pay that. I don't think i'll be doing it next year...unless they have some REALLY crazy deal.

Sadly there is no point this year, doesn't seem like I'll be going. Got the laptop last year, not point other then that this year. Good luck guys!

Honestly, I'd just get another person to get that item for you. I know last year the bestbuy by me did't have enough of the item and they just gave the items to who ever claimed them first.

I wouldn't see the problem. It's probably BS, to avoid it just go into the line and not seem like your together. If anything, bring a backup card if they do bitch.

You gotta make sure there is a HD feed going to the TV. A lot of times they don't have a HD feed... Like the 65in toshiba was on 480i and it looked like crap, i asked them to put a HD signal and they hooked up a blueray player with Fantastic 4..it looked REAL good.

The bestbuy I was at last year, (hartsdale, Ny), did it like this. At around 4am they said they were going to start handing out tickets and for everyone to start putting stuff away and make a 1 line file against the wall. They would then go to each person and tell you the item and if you wanted it. There was about 1 or 2 employee's per item category. (all tv, laptops, ect ect) It was possible to get 1 of each item if someone wanted to. There was people about 50 places back that got some door buster items. The laptops and the 32in Westy went pertty fast. I'd say after the 20th person they were all gone. Also, each ticket had a number. 1-2-3-4-5...as each box for door busters had a number. They was 15 laptops..15 tickets were handed out. You were able to get the items up intill 12pm. So it was possible to get a ticket, go home and sleep and just make sure you were there before 12pm for the item. I wouldn't suggest that as they handed out 15 tickets, and I went to pay for my tv first. The person who had ticket #11 didn't get their laptop cause someone must of sold it. You gotta make sure you get the items ASAP so you don't get ****ed over.

I'm going to check a 3rd bestbuy out and ask the guy I kinda know there what he thinks..I'm sure he will give me a straight answer on what's going on. For some reason I have a feeling this guy doesn't know what he's talking about.

Now I don't know if this is official but I went to my local bestbuy to look at TV's. I noticed something a bit strange...the 56' in samsung was removed from the floor. Which i wanted to look at because I'm planning on buying it. So I go ask the rep and he says they were told to take the floor model to the back and keep the remaining inventory in the back. I asked why and he said he doesn't know but guesses it will be a item on bf because they just received a skid wrapped in black shrink wrap with about 20 of them with an order to not sell any till friday. Now I don't know if he was bull****ting me, so I went to the other bestbuy and their tv was aslo put away. Is this a special item that will be announced????

Stand is awesome deal though, totaly worth it
