i would say if you got a signed receipt they couldn't really say they wouldn't. so really i think that may be more work than needed. just my opinion though.

i would say it is well worth the minimal time to put one up. also if it starts to rain i would hate to be out in the rain or anything like that. also if you have more than one person its easy to setup/take down.
