Got in the Tombstone Haunted House party today!!! I decided to check on it from my cell phone at work during lunch since I am not working at home- glad I did, the email says limited to first 2000 people!

my son and I hit the toys today too, they were at 75% off, so we got about ten different things for Toys for Tots this fall, including a Star Wars Blaster, a couple of Barbie things, and a giant stuffed dog! Yay! I think we spent about 25 bucks on the ten different toys

does it matter what kind of car you get? Some of the companies I found on expedia are running a "special special" and a "standard special" deal- we got ours reserved for 208.60 total for eight days (that is in Pittsburgh, not Orlando, but they might be running similar deals other places). Also, we have had more than one reservation at this point- I booked the cheapest I found, but just kept searching until I found lower. Hotwire has good "last minute deals" too sometimes, though theirs you sometimes have to pay in advance (the reservation we have on Expedia did not have to be prepaid, we reserved the "standard special" so we know we will at least get a "standard" size car and not a compact)

in the pet clearance area today, found 6 ounce small bags of Purina One dog food for .26! They are usually 3.49 apparently. While my dogs can eat much more than a 6 ounce bag, figured they will like it for a change, maybe a topper on their food a couple of times or something (they love purina one food, I just cannot afford to feed the piggies that kind!) Anyway, it was marked "as is", not sure why, nothing wrong with package or anything, but the number for it is 083060000 if anyone is interested. Oh, also, if anyone got the Target coupon booklet in the mail, there were lots of items with matching manu. coupons for some pretty good deals. Got Busy Bone package of two for my dogs for .34 after coupons (1.50 target, 1.00 manu)

got some coupons in the mail today for 6/23 - 6/30 for 15% off and will be doing Kohl's cash during that time. I am looking to buy a pressure cooker/canner which is $129 (it is not on sale right now), so I decided to do a little math and see how various discounts, etc worked out, and thought I would post in case anyone is interested. (i rounded off the cents to make it easier)
For my $129 purchase:
use 20% off today, makes item approx $103
Wait for a 30% off coupon (since I missed the one that just happened), makes item approx $90
Use 15% off coupon and get Kohls cash next week, item approx $110, but would get $20 KC, so pretty comparable to the 30% off I missed.

We don't have an outside plant section here, the fountains were in the aisle with planting pots, and some small furniture and outdoor figures. They are blue, with three or four little flat type pots that cascade down into one big pot

our patio stuff was 50% off yesterday on the little tags on the items, but signs up still said 30%. I am watching the solar fountains, really want one, but just dont have the $50 right now

I keep meaning to post the hilarious find on clearance at Target. This was actually my teenage sons find (hopefully this is not too inappropriate for this thread, if so, please feel free to delete/move whatever).
We found a drink called "Bawls" (might not be pronouncing it right, but we are calling it balls here at our house)- it is a high caffeine type drink that comes in a four pack. The package not only says "Bawls" (the cans do too) but it also says "More Ounces, More Bounces" We bought it just to give as a joke to my stepdad for father's day, which BTW, he found totally hilarious.
Oh, in case anyone was wondering, I think it was around 3.19 for the four pack

I got the USB thing too, figured my son will probably need one for school in the fall. Also got some prismacolor colored pencils I didnt notice earlier- they were only 11.99 for a 24 set which is a pretty decent price for prismacolor (for my aspiring artist son, he loves prismacolor but my wallet does not!!!)

You have to wait for them to invite you to use it on a "campaign you would not otherwise have been invited to" or something like that. Sometimes I have gotten an email invite with the golden key, sometimes just happened to be checking my bzzagent account- however, it goes quick if you do get the invite with your key so check often

I just got the email now for the $1 deal, obviously way too late. Ebay promotions like this suck because it is always like that.

Target-wide. It actually works that way in any store that puts out store coupons (except K-Mart). You can use a store coupon + a manufacturer coupon.
Cool, thanks- they sent out a coupon book not long ago and just about every one in there I would use I have a manu. coupon for too- yay!

I have a quick Target question- I have seen people post that they used a Target coupon and a manufacturers coupon on one product- is this Target-wide, or store specific?

I havent been shopping online with Kohls as much, but might have to with the free shipping code..... One of our local stores is remodeling, and once a week or so they send me and hubby each a $10 off any purchase coupon for that specific store to check out the newly remodeled departments, we are at the third week so far, so $60 worth of savings!!

my target had several kinds vacuums and hand vacuums for 30% off today- I really needed a new dustbuster type vac so I picked upa dirt devil one- the new bunny is messy!! It is the dirt devil gator, the 15 volt one, will post the number later if anyone is interested
