  1. E's seem to be taken up. Going with the O. Oh Holy Night! What an awesome game!
  2. Same at my Walmart today. Saw quite a few people (mainly young like college students-we have a lot here being a college town and all ) buying Christmas stuff today. The Halloween items are down to 1 aisle (all at 75% off) and Christmas has started to take over. I didn't hear Christmas music yet but I'm sure it won't take long. I'm so excited for BF- can't hardly wait!
  3. Lol. Don't you just wish you could do that without getting arrested? LMAO!
  4. One way I am able to not have to fight for a cart is I carry a large reusable shopping bag. I can put items in there and not need a cart at all. (This year however I want to get a 32" tv so I'm not sure what I will do. Luckily I go with a group of 8-10 people so maybe we will designate 1 or 2 to be cart getters. ) Once BF starts in our Walmart there is no way to push a cart anyway. The only way around is by yourself without a cart. I have taken the large shopping bag for the last 2 years and it worked out well! Especially for DVD's and video games because unfortunately if your not looking people will take stuff right out of your hands! Good luck all!
  5. Finally got one! Test to see how it looks...
  6. You could have a "guess the next ad to drop" contest. I also like the random picking as well.
  7. Wow! I've been on this site for years and I didn't even realize these charts were here! How AWESOME! Going to have a much better plan of attack this year! Thanks much!
  8. Our local Walmarts (yes we have 2) are the Supercenter kinds that are open 24 hours. To get a ticket item (tv, xbox, blue ray player, ipad, etc.) you have to be there early and stand in line. For example I wanted something last year (I think it was an ipad 2 or nook color) and it was going on sale at 8pm. I got there at 6:30 pm and all the tickets were gone and people were stuck in a line until 8pm in the sporting goods department. You could not go shop, or walk around, or even go to the bathroom. It was ridiculous. It does work well for crowd control but why not let people walk around and come back at 7:30-8 pm or have the items at the registers. I mean they have the ticket.
  9. Unfortunately here in WV it is usually cold so in the past I have on the whole nine yards-thermal underwear, jeans, a t-shirt, a hoodie, a coat, hat, scarf and gloves (of course depending on how cold it is.) Last year however we had our new Super WalMart and they let us stand right inside the doors (bc they are open 24 hours) so this year I may think twice about all the extra clothes. It gets really hot with all those clothes on pretty quick. I also keep my money, credit/debit cards, and lists in my pocket. No purse bc it is just too hard to hold on to. I also plan out in my head where I am going 1st, 2nd, etc. and if there are others with me we really try to help each other out.
