I have seen them in the past at Stein Mart and Ross for really good prices, at least half off of the retail. I know Macy's and Dillard's has them too, but are probably higher than the discounted stores. Maybe you could find an instore coupon to use if they were on sale.

I've already made 2 orders and they were better deals than I've seen this year, especially on boots and outerwear. I guess they know this is one of the last sales that their things will make it in time for Christmas, and they are marking it down. My orders gave a delivery date of 12/21-12/24. I used the 15% code and the free shipping code, since it didn't make it to the $75 amount for free shipping.

I checked gamestop and they had it for $59.99 and I had a code, but it is only on used games. They had a used one for $54.99, that's not much savings, but the 25% code would work. I was just checking Nordstoms site and they have the light blue Mammoth in womens sz 9, 11 and 12. I like Nordstrom's because they have the 12's. Shipping is free at $100 and it's $5 otherwise.

I just got the heart mesh ring for $5. It stretches so you don't have to worry about what size would fit. My daughter will love it and I'll save it for Valentine's day.

After a year or so, I finally figured out to save the cart. You have to log in and then before you leave you have to log out and then hit save cart. I still think you have to save a little at a time, because if you are idle I think what you added since your last save might go away. If you aren't logged in, it goes away after a short time of being idle. Hope that helps.

I just placed and order and one of my items had to be taken out of my cart because it had sold out too. I still got 7 items with tax for $27! I forgot, I should have looked around and got $50 worth and then get the $10 Kohl's Cash to spend next week. My shopping cart probably would be empty because of items selling out though.
