I usually spend about 700 dollars on my two boys. THis year they both want a PSP, each NEEDS a new tv, and the want a weight set together. Don't know if I will be sticking to my 700 dollar limit.

I always go to Walmart first for blitz items and to price match. Then, the Target is in the same shopping center and does not open until 7 so I am finished and in line at Target before 7. Then, we go to Best Buy or wherever.

I agree with you. People breaking in line makes me mad. If they want an item bad enough, they should have to wait like the rest of us. I shop in Fayetteville, Georgia at a Super Walmart. They are open so you don't have to stand out in the cold. I go early and get the things I need to price match. They have blitz items on pallets with employees standing around them and roped off around the garden center and toy area. No one can get past the rope until 5:00 am. It is bedlum but I love it. I usually buddy up with someone else and get stuff for him/her while they are getting stuff for me. Works out great - I am in and out before Target opens at 7:00.

I will be spending cash from my christmas club account. I will actually pay with my debit which is safer in my opinion but money will be in bank to cover the charges. No credit card using for me.

I bought a cars disney stix today at Target on clearance for 24.98. I am hoping that it is an mp3 player as that is what my 6 year old wants. He wants to be like his older brother. Anyway, I think that I understand what a disney stik is, it is an mp3 player and a disney chip player. is that right? help?

I love that Wal-mart will price match. I always get there early and get the items I want for price matching. Saves time and money. Then I can head out to the other stores like Target, Kohls, etc.

I usually leave my house around 3:30 and get to Wamart by 4:00 to price match and scope things out. I have to figure out what is in each pallet so I will know where I need to be.

I do not use layaway on BF so that would not affect my decision. If Walmart has what I want, I will be there especially to price match.

I have a few friends who think I am nuts but my best friend LOVES to shop on BF like I do. We have a blast and get a lot of deals.

I have only bought a stocking stuffer for my son and 4 playstation 2 games. I ususally wait until black friday to do the bulk of my shopping.

I can never find clearance stuff at Target. Is is all on an isle like Walmart or is it in each section of the store, like mens clearance in mens, toys in toys, etc. Please help. I want to find some deals. Getting ready to start some christmas shopping.

School teachers don't get a christmas bonus. I open a christmas club at the beginning of each year and put money in it all year long. You cannot take the money out which is good for me. Therefore, it is saved and the bank mails a check about a week before BF. Wonderful, that is my christmas bonus.

I try to double layer with a long sleeve t-shirt and a sweatshirt. Then I have a heavy jacket for standing in the long lines because it is usually freezing. Of course, I have comfy shoes.

Where I shop is about 30 miles from home so I have to pack very carefullly. I go with my friend who drives a van and we have the whole back packed FULL and then we start putting things in the seats behind us and in the floor. Stuff literally falls out when you open the door. But we have a BLAST.

The gifts i buy on black friday are usually for my kids from Santa so most of them are not wrapped, the ones that are from mom and dad or to other people, I will wrap usually at the last minute. Black friday weekend is very busy for me. We put up our tree that weekend and decorate the house for the holidays so no wapping that weekend.

I try to be about 90% done on Black Friday and finish around the 15 of December. We start having family get togethers around that time.

I started a christmas club at my local bank too and can't wait to get that big BLACK FRIDAY money - I will need it as my children, ages 10 and 6, want four wheelers or go-cart.

take a nap after shopping all day. That is literally all I want to do.
