I was in the Lubbock store. Some where marked 19.xx but rang up 4.99. I noticed the clerk was marking the games. Then behind the green cardboard display was a metal 4-way that had some on it too. Good Luck. By the way, I had better luck using the 20% of coupon in the electronics dept. I used it on the Xbox 360 and the games.

I tried to get Wal-Mart to match the buy 2 get 1 free in the TRU ad today. The manager told me they could not match 50% off ads for Buy 1 Get 1 ads.

Our TRU is always busy, but nothing like the Best Buy line. I just give up on Best Buy.

I live outside the metro area where all the stores are.. So the paper delivered to my home never has all the ads. I usually get one of my family members to pick up a paper before they leave the big city for my house. Sometimes if you get to the town you will be shopping in early in the wee hours of BF, the stores may still have Turkey day papers out

I purchased several Xbox 360, PSP, PS2 games at my Kmart yesterday. One of them of Nascar 08. It was marked down to $19.xx, but it rang up @ $4.99. These games were in a green carboard dispaly in the center of electronics. I bought 15 different games for less than $100. Don't forget your 20% coupon. Alot of the games were 08 versions. Many were marked $4.99.

Our Target also has the pink Dyson 07 model on clearance for $279.

I used the $10 GC coupon yesterday. They were out of the original ones, so the clerk just put it on a plains TRU giftcard along with the $25 for Mario Galaxy. I guess it just djepends on the store.

My store also had the Pokemon on sale for $39.

I was told at KMart today that they would price adjust within 7 days of purchase. I am not sure about your stores, but our K-Mart always has a huge line on BF. If you are price adjusting a doorbuster, I would get in the layaway line quick.

How I miss the sales from past BF sales. I thought it was just that my kids were just getting older and what they want more expensive. But the sales really are not that great. Wal-mart was always my first stop. But not this year:confused:

The store close to me is closing. I noticed yellow sales signs hanging in the store and on the windows when I was in the mall last week. I will have to check it out this weekend.

I wish we had Dunkin Donuts around here. I don't particularly care for the Krispy Kreme. Our DD closed years ago.

I didn't go anywhere near TRU last year. But I will this year. The crowds are horrible at TRU. I need a couple of the PS2.

:) My son has two ADHD meds that have to be written each month. They can't be refilled with a call. So I have been using the coupon. I did have a problem when I took in one that I actually received in the mail. The postcard had two coupons on it. They started to give me hard time. But finally gave me the $50 giftcard. So now, I just drop the scripts off on seperate days. That way they can't say anything. Or I drop one off while I am picking up the other. These gifts cards along with the $20 ECB from the Glucose monitors are really adding up.

With 3 boys and so many teachers, I usually just give each teacher a $10 gift card. I know it is not much but I they probably get a lot of candles and stuff each year.

I will not this BF, but my mom does. She will go out shopping with me in the very early hours and then drive 3-1/2 hours home and to work. She has to work at 3 pm. This is our one day of the year that it is just us. She is a manager of a large retail, so she can't have the whole day off. At least this way, we still get our time together and shop too.

I noticed that our Target had a the Pink Dyson 07 on clearance for $279. I have the Dyson 07 that I purchased at Wal-Mart and I love it. My son has asthma and Eczema. I was surprised by how much better this vac was. Watch also because some stores give a giftcard with a purchase. I received a $100 gift card from Wal-Mart w/my vac.

Usually you get the lower priced game free. That has been my experience. Still a good deal though. Our KB is in the mall and is all super busy. We line up at the main mall entrance then have a security guard take a few people at a time to the store. Then they still only allow a few people in at a time. The store is roped off and is one way through store. So I hope to get to the good games before they are gone.

I have been traveling for soccer tourney for DS8. We have made stops in all towns w/CVS looking for the monitor. Found 3 in a small town last night. Manager keep telling me the coupon was not good. I explained to him the manager of my home CVS explained to me that the coupon would have to be ran for the purchase price not the $50. She would then have to write the $29.99 on the coupon. He then told me it was limit one coupon per person. I told him that my boys would be purchasing the others then. He then tried to tell me it was limited due to me EC card. I requested another card. But funny thing is, the last two were put on the same EC card. I was nice but adament that I need the monitors. I made it clear that I was not giving in to his excuses. But I was nice about it. Finally, I left with the 3 monitors and $60 ECB. Good Luck! I will be hunting some more today for more monitors.

I noticed this also. I have such bad luck with rebates. I was't sure they would honor it if the receipt does not show a balance. It is still free. I guess it is worth a try.

My local CVS has over 100 of the booklets, but they are out of the monitors. Hopefully they will get somemore in this week. They were unloading a truck. There were also other coupons in the booklet for items on sale in this weeks circular. $1 off Bayer Ad was $2.49 $1.50 off Colgate Total Ad was 2/5.49 Get $2 ECB $1 off Triscuit Ad was 2/$4 There were others, but these were the ones I remembered.

Last year, we could not even touch the BF items until 5 a.m. They had associates watching the black plastic making sure it wasn't removed. The years before, we were able to get everything we wanted long before 5 a.m., but we could not check out until 5 a.m. But we were first to check out.
