here in ca. my dd started on aug. 20th- but that is a private school.

The last few years I went with my dd-now 24- my sisters all go together- but I think that would slow me down-

usually I haven't needed the electronics so I hit the stores with the best deals on whatI need or FRYE's electronics, but I would LOVE to pick up a laptop this year... and a wii but I hope to buy that this month because I don't think it will be part of b.f. Never had a problem getting cameras, scanners, etc. because it seems like there is just so much competion that the stores around here have so many of them..jmo

all the pool toys, rafts, etc. were 75% off today but the pools were still at 30%- alot of craft supplies were 30% off and lunch boxes were 30 % off- also if you have cats there was 2/pack of sheba cat food marked down to .54- usually 1.04 a can- picked up all I could find!!!

just got back- all nascar was 50%- stocked up for my sil for x-mas- proably should have waited for75% off- also lots of women clothing were 75% off- got dd some summer dresses for 4.94- marked down from19.99!!!Firepits were still 30$ and no toy deals to speak of...

I go in at 4 a.m.- I can usually get off by 10 a.m.- it's triple time so they try to get me out of there as quick as they can...

IT is the one day that work knows I need off- I work any other day of the year -I usually work Thanksgiving but have had the last few BF's off!! It is a national holiday now- isn't it??

The anticipation is half the fun!!

it states that deal of the day ships free- so it would be the tax that may be different.good deal- i'm trying to decide if I want to get red or white wine glasses- I'll paint a design on them then give with a bottle of wine for christmas..thanx

picked up a nice lounge chair for back yard 75% off- just 12.98( I think they found a couple in the back room- they were off to the side.-got 24 pack of propel for 15% off-8$+change- lots of toys markdown- some 30% some 50%- didn't look tooo close because they were for younger kids(around 5 )

got lots of the spot stuff at 50% off_ picked up some tanks and shorts for dd in the woman's dept- 75% off- some were $5.48- tanks were 3.48. saw the window box planter- smith hawkins- it was 50% off- 24.99- but I left it- (didn't want to) got lots of t- shirts and shorts for my granddaughter at 50% off- so I spent TOO much- but yes- i found 3 minute maid apple juice for 69 cents- perfect timing because I was out at home!!!! HAPPY!!!
