I worked today but stopped at jo-anne's on the way home ( needed more ribbon) parked right by the door- was 3 people ahead of me in line- but in n out in 20 min..

Mandyjo- that is soo sweet- also bought tears to my eyes- I am so thankful for all the great and truelly caring people I have met through this site- that someone really put so much thought into your ornaments makes me truely believe in the spirit of christmas..

I do want to go out and pick up a few more gift bags- my oldestdd-30- has a bad arm and can't open present very well wrapped.

waiting on one package from allposters.com that was ordered on the13th- with guaranteed delivery by christmas- when i called they don't know when it will ship- said they were missing one item- but I did get them to overnite the other 2 at least.

can you wait and give her the gifts on mon.? that way she couldn't go out and shop for your kids- let her know that you got these toys because it made YOU feel good and that you got them on sale- etc.. In the spirit of christmas let her know how much you appreciate her friendship- I only say this because you stated that you have already bought and if she is strapped for $ $then her kids will appreciate-

I think EVE has done the best job ever- all the cards and such have truely made christmas something to look forward to.. I was only teasing because everyone on this board is so close and I was wondering if whoever got my name in the beginning was disappointed and that was why I needed an elf- just me being overly sensitive,, if it wasn't for all the great people here- I don't know how I would get thru this season.. thanks all ( esp. eve)
