  1. I went and looked at the 7" at Sears and found one thing that I really didn't like. all the connections for usb and memory card is on the bottom of the frame. This doesn't matter with the card, but there is no way that you could stick a flash drive memory stick in the slot. You probably have 1/2" of room betwen the plug and the table that the frame would be sitting on. Memory sticks are at least 2", so I don't think it will work very well for that. I looked at Kodak and Westinghouse at BB, and they have the connections on the side. This to me works perfectly, but they are more $$$.
  2. Thanks for the info, it is much appreciated. Let me know how it works for ya.
  3. Is this mp3 about the best deal going for a drag and drop format mp3 player? I'm not looking to spend over 40-50 bucks for one. Do you know anything about the battery? Is it replacable,or built in? It would be nice if you could at least replace it, or swap it out for regular batteries in a pinch.
  4. Can you put regular batteries in it also, or is it a built in rechargable battery?
  5. Does anyone know, or have experience with this mp3 player? I have a Creative Zen Nano, and it is so easy to load music on. It is drag and drop. Last BF I bought the MyMusix mp3, and it is a piece of crap! You have to sync it up with windows media player and jump through a bunch of hoops just to get music on it.....not very user friendly at all. I want an inexpensive one that I can drag and drop music files on. Can anyone help on this? It also appears to have a rechargable battery in it. Is that right, or can you put regular batteries in it too. Any help is appreciated.
  6. I think that is one digital frame with two interchangeable frames. I believe it comes with a black frame and a silver frame, but only one display.
  7. Ok, thank you. I'll keep checking.

    Walgreen's Scan

Walgreen's is listed on the forum's scanned ad page, but the link for the pdf. and zipped is not available. Is the ad not available yet? I know the list of items is there, but I was wondering about the scan.
  9. What I am coming up with is most stores are offering the Nextar brand, at least in the 7" for 49.00. Can anyone speak to the quality of this frame?
  10. Can anyone tell me what brand and model number the photo frame is at Ace Hardware?
  11. Where does the one at Ace stack up against the one at PepBoys? I'm looking for the best deal under $50. Can anyone give me advise on where to focus?
  12. What is the best BF deal going on a digital picture frame under $50? I'm wondering about the 7" at Sears, or the 7" at Ace. Any suggestions on which one I should focus on? Any help is appreciated.
  13. I noticed that the price has started to come down in the last few days. If anyone knows of any coupon codes for Garmin, or any way to get a better deal on it, please let me know. Thannks.
  14. It is my wife and I that will be going for 11 days. We will be there from April 10-April 21. We are guessing just by looking at the prices of different things on the internet that we will probably spend a couple grand on food and intertainment while we are there. It sounds like things are fairly expensive there, which is why I'm looking for the best deal on food and attractions. I'm also looking for things to do or see that you would recommend. As I said above, this will be our first trip there, so any tips would help. Thanks for all your help, it is much appreciated.
  15. Thank you for the suggestion. Any suggestions on places to go for the most authentic food? It would be nice to experiance Hawaii at the root of Hawaii, not the touristic places of dining. Like you said, get away from the expensive tourist areas. Where would I go to experiance the best, yet inexpensive Luau? I really appreciate any information anyone can provide. Thanks again.
  16. Thanks for the info. Any tips or suggestions you can give me would be appreciated. This will be our first trip there. We are going to Oahu, and staying on Waikiki Beach.
  17. I am going to Hawaii in April, and was wondering if anyone knows of any deals websites that I can go to for food deals, or attraction deals. I checked Restaurants.com, but they had nothing for Hawaii. Can anyone help me with this one?
  18. I tried doing as much research as possible between what I feel is the top three, Garmin, tomtom, and magellan. Consumer reports gave the Garmin 350 the top spot off all the brands. What I found with TomTom is from the way I understand it, TomTom is coming out with the technology in their 2007 models that Garmin had in 2006. I could be wrong, but it was my impression. Magellan is completely out of my consideration. It was like pulling teeth trying to get any information out of their people. Thank you so much for your opinions, and I welcome anyones take on what they feel is the better brand. This will be my first GPS, and welcome the opinions.
  19. What do you think the odds are of seeing this unit for under the $400 mark?
  20. Thanks for the info! Where are you located, if you don't mind me asking? I have been looking between the 350, 360 and the 660, but have settled in on the 360. I am in Nebraska, so it really wouldn't pay to get the 660 because we do not have the traffic coverage here. At least with the 360 I can use the blue tooth. Are there any downfalls that I should know about with this unit? Do you recommend it over other models and brands?
  21. I'm looking for a deal on a Garmin Nuvi 360 GPS. The cheapest I can find it at this point is $507.00. I usually go to bizrate.com to find prices on items like this. Are there any places that you can be automaticly notified if the price reaches a certain point? I'm guessing that the price should start to drop since the new models are coming out now. Any advise on where to look?
