My Dillards's is pretty stubborn about making adjustments. I would try. You can see if they would let you return it and buy it back. Not making adjustments is the number one reason I don't shop there unless they are having a big sale.

You may check ebay. Just be sure the seller has good feedback, lists the item as "new and sealed" and gives expiration dates.

I have had problems with getting the RR when I have used a manufacturers coupon to buy the shampoo (or whatever). The RR doesn't print, then I have to get the manager and it is just really inconvenient. You all don't have that problem? If so, how do you get around it? Thanks! I love gottadeal:

I have ordered from them in the past both mystery and non-mystery items. The non-mystery items we have ordered have been well worth the price, they have included ipod speakers, computer locks, bluetooth. The mystery boxes are kinda of hit-or-miss, but worth the price paid. Items have included dvd markers, stylus for pdas, tongue scraper, a battery operated ice cube (not for drinks, but to put on you neck, really kinda cool -no pun intended), huge twist ties, teeny flashlights, some kinda funky frames for pictures(these came in 2 different boxes ordered during 2 different promotions, maybe make your pics into postcards) and other little misc things I can't remember. Hope this in helpful. I did order this mystery box.
