I have done this several times. All the kids I know are getting a Cranium game.:) Although I had some crazy cashier say I couldn't use both on a purchase on 1 of the days. She was one of those that gave me a hard time before. She said she was a manager. She didn't even know that I could get gift receipts for more than 1 item on the same slip. She told me I had to ring each item in seperate for a gift receipt. Some "Manager" huh?

Maybe the one I got was a return from somewhere else. The box seemed to "crisp" to be an old item. After searching online when I got home I see it is a newer product. Walmart has it for $69.99. I hope you find 1 or maybe the Walmart price will at least take a few bucks off. I will keep my eyes peeled for another. Even if I ship it to you it will still be a bargain;)

:)Thanks for the link I got it! I checked the price at Target last night and this same game bundle is selling for $89.99. We have the original Guitar Hero so for this price which is the cost of the game alone you basically get a free guitar or game whichever way you see it.

I was at my local Target when they opened the doors. I got all of the usual items for 50% and hid a few things here and there for 75 and 90%. I plan on doing a lot of stockings this Christmas. Hey that's a great idea:D I also got the Camp rock MP3 for that price. I am doing a bundle with a ton of camp rock things for my little cousin Brianna. She is the only little girl in our family w/ 13 male cousins. I am hoping to get the boom box or the guitar. They are still at 30% here.

If your BF and his friends are serving in the military right now they just want some home cooked food! Do a turkey and any of the side dishes from when you were young. Either bake or have an older relative bake at least 1 desert(pie,cake etc..) you can do bakery also. Make sure you have enough because they will pack it in. Have a set up for the Football games and make them feel welcome. Good luck:)

How about a "Family" gift for the different family units. Buy 3 pack boxes of microwave popcorn and attach something like a $5 Blockbuster gift card or a new board game or game cards like Uno, Phase 10 or some of those new card games the stores have near these items. If they are heavy into fashion how about a gift credit for a custom product from one of the big companies. Nike, Puma, Timberland, Polo all have products you can customize. We did the Timberland boots for my Daughter 2 years ago and they are still like new. She is selective as to where she wears them. She loved choosing all the different combinations. It took her 3 weeks before she was ready to place the order. They were around $135. This is expensive but when they are this age you sometimes run out of things to give them. Additions to their savings accounts are good too.

I would have grabbed this! This is a good starter Mp3 player. I actually have the Cars one I use on the plane when traveling. I bought the Pirates version for my Nephew. It can be dropped and banged around quite a bit. The expansion slot works out well for me. His Mom is terrible at loading it for him so he switches his music at our house. We also have the USB charger you can plug into the wall outlet. That price is She will love it. I am going to check our Target to see if they have this also.

I would have gotten them anyway and dropped them off at school on parent conference night or open house night. Someone could have used them. The way the economy is going every bit helps someone.

What did they offer in other areas? I have been waiting for crayons to go on sale. I am glad they allow educators to have a complete class set of 25 here. I went at 10:55 and there was a line like Black Friday. We have had horrible budget cuts here so everything helps.

Staples has 3 free items this week. Pencil sharpeners, erasers and folders. That's pretty good. :)You will want to go early. You can always go with a friend for company and help her score some things. I have done that in the past. I remember 2 yrs ago there was nothing I wanted because I had gotten some great deals all year. I went with my friend for the rush:D and we had breakfast later. There are always good clothing and coat sales.

My list isn't that long: DD 20 2 Brothers 3 Nephews:gdstooges: (majority of my $) 1 Niece ( one of the Nephews sister but I give her gifts for xmas and bday) 5 small cousins under 13 2 Goddaughters 17yr. and 1 yr. 6-8 stockings for students( I collect that stuff all year) That's about it. I do Christmas cards for anyone else I never remember myself. This year I am going to buy things for Me!!
