Has anyone had issues using bill me later on walmart.com..have tried several times and get a "declined" message even though i have sufficient available balance.

son has had ps2 for several years...would consider ps3 if it still played ps2 cartridges but it doesnt and i think its too expensive of a console for an 11 year old.what is everyones opinions on xbox and wii??

thinking about getting a cell phone for 11 year old son...hubby thinks hes too young and im on the fence...
