You are so lucky to be in that position! We are not but my boys have never asked for more than we can provide... luckily..... I think the Xbox 360 or the kindle fire was the most expensive item that any of them ever asked for. And I do believe it was because of Black Friday that I was able to get a great deal on the Xbox .

I love Christmas cards and getting photos to see how families have grown!

My husband and I on Christmas eve. after the boys go to bed, open a bottle of champagne, put out all the gifts and watch Its a Wonderful Life and A Christmas Story..... been doing that for 20 yrs.....and can't wait until this year!

Wow!! I wonder how Amazon will handle this...I have always noticed that their prices will often reflect the B&M stores around the holidays....wouldn't it be great if you got a little off additional for all prime members?

My ds13 has asked for some equipment to melt metals....probably should have put this weird things lol. None of my boys ages 13, 17 and 18 have ever asked for clothes except for the occasional tshirt from ThinkGeek....I can't even imagine their faces if they opened a box with clothes in it....they have always been gracious whenever they have received clothes ....but I always see the wonder in their eyes lol.....Santa does bring socks and undies for their stocking every year...even for DH lol!

My last tree was $85 for a beautiful 7.5 tree.....cost of importing definitely is not an issue....the tree only from Vermont to the MA border....lol

Works the bomb.....we have all hardwood and tile with scatter rugs and it works great.....only drawback is that I have been unable to find a replacement filter..... but at $9...not such a big deal lol!

This is creating a big debate at my house this year....I would prefer to stay with the real tree but DH is strongly campaigning for an artificial tree..... I maybe swayed due to the allergy issues.... but the cost us holding me back...any thoughts or advise?

I've bought a few stocking stuffers...but I will be waiting til beginning of November when the deals start flying! I plan to end my shopping on Black Friday (except for a few Amazon lightening deals )...can't wait!!

Love the Aldis pizza and about half price compared to the local pizza shops..... wonder if they will have black Friday specials lol

I will be watching for a deal on the 3DS XL for my oldest! I'm sure I will get a deal either from Amazon or bundle deal on BF..
