i've found a hotel i'd like to book, but priceline won't let you pursue individual hotels and i haven't found any real decent rates. does anybody call up reservations and haggle with them? the date of the hotel is over 6 months away

I believe the comment was in anticipation of writing all those cards, its a long list, to say the very least its daunting, but I'm up for it. ugh, people have gone completly nuts. I was actually looking forward to bf, but after seeing the ads, well i am sorely disappointed and it doesn't matter when I see the ad, now, or tday if they suck, they suck and I will just not go there. So far I can get better deals out there at this point and time then their so called deals. It just means that I think I will cheat and just buy gc at whatever location isn't a bunch of whiny crybabies, maybe like Ace (lol)!

it used to be go to my step moms house, but since dad passed away, she decided it was more important to spend it with daughters that disowned them 20 years ago, so i guess maybe last minute shopping now and snuggling down with dh.

thats an easy one for me, he's a boozer so any alcohol is good then i save the pricey suggestion for his girlfriend or friends when they call up looking for ideas

just move, if you dwell on it, ya might punch someone out for being rude (but thats like that everyday at my wm), but unforunatly alot of people here forget their manners on that day. focus on the item your getting let it be your mantra and that nice long nap you'll take when you get home

and one of the worst ones to get a claim from, the guy that hit me head on was from there i swear that took forever, the accident with the state farm driver paid off in a few days, i was shocked!! but have had lousy cs from them when i had them long time ago

let me tell you from my own experiance, that i have had the el cheapo insurance companies on up to allstate and right now i have geico for the past 7 years. i love them, no hassles what so ever and i have had 2 accidents in the last 2 years (side note, why does people insist on driving on the wrong side of the road, but i digress) insurance rates go up as you know when its your fault or you claim on your insurance, make sure the other company pays if your not at fault, but otherwise geico is inexpensive and customer friendly.

imho i wouldn't really recommend vista, there isn't much new to really offer cept different gui and its inability to work with other programs. also mcafee and norton are both memory hogs. theres a few other decent antivirus progs out there that does the trip better. personally use avg
