Nope, those coupons do not exist. Although I would love it if they did

CostCo does mail their "passport" coupon book but they are NOT $ off $$ or % off coupons. It's like $300 off DLP TV between Jan 1 - Jan 10, something like that. So unless they have a specific product on sale that you're looking for, it's pointless.
