  1. Since you haven't posted the specs yet, to answer your question this deal offers the best bang for your buck.
  2. We can only help you if you help us. We can't read minds. Please provide the full specs for the 6400 for $749 and 640m for $649 that you saw.

  4. Gateway for $549 but it's OOS online. Although it says not available in stores I would still check. This is better than your average low end $399 laptop because of the faster CPU, 15.4" display and DVD Burner.
  5. What's your budget?
  6. The AMD Turion is a solid processor and definitely better than the slower Intel Celeron.
  7. http://www.lnt.com/product/index.jsp?productId=1898337 20% off coupon 12411005535
  8. Some Micro Center stores already have 10 people lined up for this laptop.
  9. I cannot emphasize this enough. When a laptop is on sale you have to get there early, hours before they open. Otherwise you'll miss out every time.
  10. Yes that's a good deal but I would wait if you can. http://www.circuitcity.com/ccd/productDetail.do?oid=160283 I've seen more powerful Dell and Toshiba laptops with a faster CPU for $599. Hopefully there will be some on sale in early 2007. Besides the longer you wait, the more money you can save for your new laptop. One of the best deals was available October 8, 2006 when CompUSA had this Toshiba laptop for $499 after $150 rebate. I even went to the store to buy one but they sold out in 30 minutes!
  11. We didn't buy a newspaper since there weren't any coupons.
  12. Yep I saw it still alive on 12/22. The offer was supposed to expire 12/19 but I guess it's been extended. Buy now otherwise "you snooze, you lose".
  13. It was in the electronics/hardware aisle where the flashlights were. You could also order a cable online if this is the correct cable.
  14. As low as $2.29 per month http://forums.gottadeal.com/showthread.php?t=62121
  15. You could get the 17" and use a sleeve for added protection and a more snug fit.
  16. I've seen digital camera USB cords for $1 at my local Dollar Tree.
  17. and the GottaDeal Dashboard Widget is awesome, isn't it? http://images.apple.com/downloads/dashboard/shopping/images/gottadeal_200505021914.jpg

  19. No worries, the threads have been merged :)
  20. Assuming 1AM is early enough, your sister is going to be really lucky. $199 for a brand new laptop is possibly the deal of the year :)
  21. When in doubt you should check ResellerRatings.com To answer your question, yes DDD is reputable.
  22. Roundtrip airplane ticket considering I don't have a Micro Center near me :)
